Our stay was out of necessity for a multi-day baseball tournament nearby. For that it was acceptable, HOWEVER I was sold a King-size bed & sofa sleeper at $400./night. It was ABSOLUTELY NOT a King, (I have one myself, and not even a California-King). It wasn’t even a Queen, at best it was is Full. The funniest was when I was told they use King sheets, so it has to be a King, lol. #Ripoff.

Room is outdated. Heater did not work. Couch looks like it’s from the 70s. Food is overpriced. Go to a local restaurant and you will be much happier.

It was fair only: had to change room because the first had a toilet that wouldn't stop running and sink clogged. They were kind to move me but at $169/night, I expect more. It was more like a Howard Johnson that the usual Marriott. Staff was very nice. That was the best part.

The room upon entry was dirty. There was hair on the toilet and in the shower there were stains in the shower and on the curtains and no one came to make up the beds for my two nights stay so I had to request extra towels and toiletry items.

Overall the stay was okay. The bathroom could have used a deeper scrub. The pillows were very thin and not great. Breakfast is not included and very limited. They do sell Starbucks coffee which was convenient. All the staff we encountered were very friendly though. I even left something in the room and I was able to come back after I checked out to retrieve the item.

Clerk at the front desk was not very friendly, not welcoming. She spoke so low that we had to ask her several times to repeat herself. The room was lovely, though, and very clean.

I thought there was a continental breakfast, but perhaps I was wrong. The shower had no tub, but unbeknownst to me I booked a wheelchair accessible room and I was unable to switch as there were only 5 rooms in the hotel with a tub and they were all booked. place was clean. people were nice of sorts. I just wasn't all that thrilled.

I booked this specific hotel because it said it had a hot tub. It was broken and you can tell it hasn’t been working for awhile . I feel that is false advertising . The indoor pool was ICE COLD and so was the room where the pool and hot tub were. It says the pool is open til 11pm they closed it early march 1. And then it says the pool opens by 6am on march 2 it did not open til almost 11am. I am not very happy for this being my first stay! I could have stayed at a hotel closer to castle fun center that had a pool and free breakfast for cheaper. But no I picked here for the hot tub that was broken and isn’t being fixed anytime soon. Horrible!!!!

The front desk and bistro staff have been absolutely excellent on each of my visits. As for cleanliness aside from a few stains on the chair and a candy wrapper left on the side of the bed on this visit, overall the hotel is always pretty much clean inside and on the exterior as well. I definitely Recommend this property

Clean room, clean premises. lobby area was clean, smelled great and they had fresh water with lemon for the guests. Pool area was clean and was fully stocked with towels. Staff was friendly, Nicole checked me in, she was friendly, made me feel welcome and asked if everything in the room was okay after check in. Close to the highway, airport and shopping. Will stay again if in the area.
