The stay was nice and so was the rooms . In my kids room there was a yellow stain on the blankets , even tho I couldn’t get a hold of the front desk I had to walk down to get a new blanket. There were kids playing on my kids door and running all night !! It was the worst my kids was really scared ! Even when we reported it kids was still knocking on their door and running . Other then that the hotel was nice .

Also, the incidental amount is just a hold and is released back to the card on file upon check out. I do not see any charges to your folio so that entire amount will be given back. There was a very strong bug repellent smell In the elevator and the hallways. The indoor pool water very cloudy and appeared dirty. The woman at the desk was very pleasant. But the woman at the food counter was extremely rude and almost intentionally slow in her service. This was my first time staying at a Sonesta Hotel and I will not stay at one again.

Horrible beds. Have had a backache ever since. I travel often for business in this area and decided to try this hotel. The bed was so uncomfortable. Also, the overpriced dinner and breakfast were the worst I have ever had. Will not be staying at this one again.

Went to swim booked two days sat and Sunday. The pool was closed Sunday. Asked for the pit to be lit they didn’t light the pit. First room wasn’t clean second room ok. Asked to move to third room with balcony air didn’t work .

The pool being closed was a decision we had to make due to it needing to be cleaned. However, the fire pit should be turned on every night by 5pm and I apologize this was not done. I have also forwarded your comments on to the Maintenace department regarding the ptac in the third room. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I chose to stay here because you offered extra beds. When we arrived and asked for one the woman had no idea of where they were or how to get one. We had 2 adults,2 teenagers and a 8 year old. Did not make for a comfortable nights sleep. We also had to ask for more bath towels because there were only 2 in the room.

It's very close to great restaurants and the mall. Also, it is very clean and the staff is amazing!! The rooms are very small however and the walls are very thin!! Overall, the cost is reasonable and the staff makes the experience really nice!!

One snag encountered this time
We stay here frequently and find it very good. This time the only snag was we were given a room that was missing the light blocking curtain. I reported it upon check out and was told they that curtain was being repaired and the room was not to have been booked. She apologized but should probably have offered some kind of discount or other perk for the inconvenience.

Solid with small annoyances but nothing terrible
Solid overall choice for the price. A series of yellow flags, but no red flags. Some examples include (1) the bathroom door doesn't stay open, (2) the sink doesn't drain very quickly, (3) back door entrance was not functioning, (4) the smoking areas is right by one of the doors, so when it is windy and the door opens, the hallway smells like weed and cigs. Again, nothing really really bad, but just a little things here and there. Overall, an okay stay for the price.
