My wife has cancer and due to the smell of trash in containers outside of the room, cigarette smell, and body order we asked to change rooms. The staff change our room 3 times and every room was worse than our first room. I request that Expedia give us a full refund as the hotel told us they could not provide a full refund

Listen. I did not expect 4 or 5 star. 3 would have been nice. Just staying for a quick overnight for my daughter’s college graduation so didn’t need much. But, this place was tuff. The smell was nauseating. Like smoke & wet dog. The bathroom ceiling was peeling. There was rust or something in the bath tub. I mean it worked to sleep for a night. But I was up and gone as soon as I woke up.

Although the assigned room was supposed to be smoke-free, it smelled so bad that we couldn't stay in the room for more than an hour. The smell of smoke was unbearable. We were so sleepy that we tried to sleep despite the bad odor, but it was impossible. In the end, we spent the night sleeping in the car in the parking lot for the room we paid for :)

The room was not clean. The outside hallway looked like it hadn't been swept in years. The police were in and out twice during the night. I would not stay there again

I was so disappointed and so turned off. We checked in and checked out 5 minutes later! I have never experienced such filth!!!!! It was so bad that they did not charge me. It is run down and the location is quite shady.

The room they gave me the toilet didn't work so we had to smell everything that we had did in the toilet then again it's another room and a TV didn't work we had no TV the whole time we were there staff was unbelievably rude inconvenient didn't want to help towels we didn't get our towels and we had to use dirty towels for 2 days in each room so yeah it's filthy dirty and inconvenient and unsafe for anybody to stay there

Desk clerk and staff were nice and friendly. However, the room had a smell, the bathroom light switch was broke light and the toilet handle broke from rust. The common area for breakfast was not clean, door jams are rusted so paint was falling to the floor. I am not overly picky about a hotel and hate to complain but just a heads up to others.

I already gave a review but you didn't like it so tell me, do you want me to sugarcoat it or just straight out lie? I won't do either. The place is filthy and a hangout for drug addicts. The room was filthy and the floor hasn't been mopped in a long time. You should see the socks I wore. I do have pictures of everything. There was no television service the first night and following morning I was there. I almost stepped in dog poop when I came out of my second floor room door at 6am. The poop was still there around 11am and that's after complaints were made. The trash receptacles around the building all overflow to the floor or ground. Someone needs to get in contact with me. Web Site said housekeeping - 3 nights, none. Room stinks and floors extremely filthy, asked for service never got any. Personnel not interested in any type of assisted customers. Not friendly. No more Quality Inn stays

I was given a key card and when I entered the room, it had not been cleaned. Beds were unmade - trash cans were overflowing - towels were all over the bathroom floor. I was given another room but the sight of the first room left a disgusting image in my mind.

Was not aware they do not take cash and after leaving to put cash on card, I was then made aware that they have a 50 deposit. Had to change reservation to one less day to cover it.
