Rooms were average and the room I originally booked I couldn’t get due to them “overbooking” the garden rooms so instead I was put near the pool which was loud til 10pm when the pool closed. Conveniently my room was near stairs n the outside parking only plus. Hopefully next time I’m in town the staff is alittle more welcoming.

When I arrived my heater was working in my room and staff sent help immediately. When he realized it would take more time to repair, I was relocated after making sure the heater was working in the new room. However, this room did not have the view I paid for and they were able to relocated me for the 2nd time, assisted with my luggage and made sure heater was working. The staff was excellent! Super accommodating and truly went above and behind for me to have a good stay!

Front desk staff Ray was really good. Restaurant staff really nice, food terrible. Cocktail price ridiculous. Bathroom not clean enough. Toilet had spatters on it and base of toilet dirty. Floor in bathroom not clean. Bed and linens really nice. Very spacious room, good decor.

Front desk Daly wasnt Plasent! I was asking near by room and she goes that more expensive. Deposi was $150 dollars which I wasn’t told! Homeless all over in the parking lot it was not safe specially in the night time! Scary place!
