It took a little bit longer to get the hotel shuttle than expected, however I know others had to be picked up & it's a busy airport. I was very glad that there was a hotel shuttle available.

we had big problems with billing. my partner was charged twice on his credit card. We went down to the lobby 5 times to resolve this problem and the owner was not there to resolve it. She promised to fix the problem after her meeting, then promised to do it from home. She said she was going to send an email right now. We have not received anything. Today we are back at our house with double billing. No one has written to us or called us back and I find that really irresponsible.

Good rates & appreciated the shuttle from Newark airport. Staff was nice & professional. People at the restaurant were very nice, but the food was not great. Pizza was not very good.

The staff was amazing and even stored our luggage at no extra cost. Our room did have a giant support beam which was odd, but the room was still quite nice. Restaurant was great. Only thing that was disappointing was there wasn’t really anything in a walkable distance

The hotel room appeared clean (although it has scuff marks on walls from previous visitors), and it was spacious for a handicapped accessible room. The staff remained respectful. But, the room itself was not completely handicapped accessible. -The bed moved easily anytime we sat on it (which was very dangerous for my elderly grandparent that was sleeping in it.) - The bathroom shower had a high step in, & not a walk-in shower. The pictures of the room I saw when I booked was of a walk-in shower and I did not get it. -It was hard for my grandparent to get up from the toilet as it did not have handle bars in the right places. For ex. there was a handle bar behind/ on top of the toilet. I dont know how handicapped people are supposed to use that. -Lastly, there was an incident where my grandmother fell on Comfort Inn property, right in front of the ramp as well as in the room. Both times we had to call EMT services and my grandmother ended up in the emergency room. Comfort inn security gueaed saw us struggling and didn't offer to help or call an ambulance for us. He did not even report the incident. Once I reported it to staff, I recieved excuses to absolve themselves from making a report or taking some kind of accountability, and a discount on the extra night we had to stay there since I couldn't make an 8 hour drive after being up all night at in the ER. -Its extremely inconvenient to ONLY have valet parking.

Same breakfast items each day gets old when staying 6 days. Pepperoni pizza from restaurant had 1-2 pepperonis on each slice-boo! Had to ask for new towels, soap, toilet paper, etc as no one cleaned our room in a week. Bed linens were changed once as scheduled. Housekeepers said they didn’t speak English when we asked them questions. Nothing to do in the area without transportation. Parking should be included in price. Valet in and out inconvenient each day. One day, we were given someone else’s keys. Another day they couldn’t find our keys. Plan ahead if you need in/out services. Normandee was excellent to work with in SNAP transportation!

Just minor things like not being able to switch off aircon and TV screen (it still had a faint glow). Maybe a carpet would be more homely? Breakfast was good but some foods ran out towards the end.

The staff are friendly The parking fee is not reasonable - it was not indicated that the $25 fee is only if you park the car at the time of booking, no in and out privilege, if you want to use your car or have in/out privilege, you will be charged $35. Property used to be a parking garage, not a good place if you are on vacation - it was a mistake I booked this hotel. WILL NEVER GO ON THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked into check in I received smiles , hello’s and how can I help you. I was genuinely surprised. Conversely, the overnight staff was just as welcoming and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying for its service alone!!! Great work team Comfort Inn!!!

Really nice spot. great views of new york skyline. nice 9th floor lounge cafe experience with music. great breakfast. great location near airport. great food spots nearby. brick city vegan is amazing. "wonderful" Chinese spot has late night delivery and its hot and fresh. I will stay here again if i am ever in Newark, NJ again.

I stayed at this location overnight because my layover was longer than 12 hours. I loved the complimentary shuttle service provided, which weighed heavily on my decision to book with this location. I also booked for the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and perfectly scheduled for my travel needs. All staff I interacted with were very warm and welcoming. My room was clean, welcoming, and quiet, and I had a great view of Jersey and New York! Overall, I would definitely stay here again for future travel!

I was not able to get the shuttle to the hotel despite many attempts. I got to breakfast a half hour early and was going to sit in the entry until it was ready, but I go the feeling I was not welcome, so i just grabbed someting at the airport.

The staff was great, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ride to and from airport, 3 free meals a day. They have a fitness center that has dumbells and the essentials. The only things lacking was the shower pressure isn't great, and the area surrounding the property is not great. The property itself was nice and everything I needed.
