"Bottom line= would not stay here again.
Pros:
-location is the best part of this hotel, in the heart of Times Square, easy to walk or catch subways
-beds comfy
-free bottled water in room daily
-housekeeping cleaned bathrooms/trash daily
-cool views from the bar on floor 31 & by the pool
-price is reasonable
Cons:
-poor customer service
-upon check in our TV, outlets & half the lights did not work. Engineer was able to find several unplugged items & get TV & light working but not the outlets by the bed which made charging devices very difficult
-bathroom sink pipe leaked heavily & had to be fixed after pooling water on the floor
-shower drain was rusty
-shower had only a curtain, no door or raised edge, so water extended far into bathroom floor after even a quick shower
-cheap paper wristbands are given to wear the duration of the stay, although we did not & no one said anything about it
-pool very cold, even our kids who swim at home year round did not want to attempt it again after day 1"
