Quiet-ish for NYC, but need a room on the backside, not facing 8th Ave. Huge group when trying to checkout came in and overwhelmed the lobby. Clearly need more employees when this happens as it was a mess. Otherwise was fine.

Facing the backside overlooking the roof HVAC, I found this room quite quiet for NYC (but keep that in perspective). The facility was clean, hip, and comfortable. Only ehh was waiting too long to check bags for storage was chaotic, hire another person. No way can one employee handle such an influx of people coming and going.

4.5 would be more accurate. One issue we had was that the air conditioning was a bit lacking. Nights were a bit warmer than we liked.

We appreciated the convenience of the hotels location. We found the staff to be helpful and the room to be clean. The only drawback was the lack of sound proofing. I could hear every cough, sneeze and sighs of the occupants in the next room.

The room was quiet. Beds and linens were excellent. Eco-conscious toiletries, recycling, and room service options were excellent. Housekeeping staff was very responsive. The bright, motion-detector ceiling lights that go on automatically when somebody moves were a reason not to stay here again. Every time one of us came in late at night the bright automatic lights woke up the other person. Every time one person got up to pee, the automatic lights woke up the person in the other bed. This was very annoying.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds with a huge TV. Would be better if had small coffee maker in room. Walking distance to broadway shows & Time Square. Staff was very friendly, especially the door man at night.

Convenient location and loved the decor. Staff were all very courteous however, we were surprised by housekeeping knocking on our door around 9:15 am. We were only staying overnight and checkout time is 11 am, so it seemed unnecessary to knock and ask when we we’re leaving, regardless of whether we had out sign out.

Great location, few blocks away from the chaos of Time Square and steps from the subway and great restaurants. The staff is amazing! Our check in person on Friday May 10, mentioned Moulin Rouge and Boy George finishing up soon, she looked into when his last performance was (without us asking) and called up to our room that May 12 was his last day, beyond great service. Large, clean rooms, coming back in the fall!!

Great hotel, was better than we expected. It’s only a couple of blocks from the Manhattan cruise terminal. Less than 10 miles from LaGuardia airport but it was a $100 Uber ride.

Very pleased with our stay. The hotel is located in a great location. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a coffee shop in the hotel was also a plus. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful hotel.

The Front desk are very helpful and always on top of everything. I will definitely stay again with them. We’re thinking to go back in October. Love this place. Amazing!!!

Staff was quite friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious. Decent location with good access to transport. A bit dark and dated though. No small fridge or room service. AC was incredibly loud so sleep was not good.
