The hotel is a bright star in a slightly overrun area. The staff was great. They let us leave our bags early. When we came to check in, they had upgraded us to a suite. My only complaint is that we had a super early flight and had to cut the time very short and leave before sampling the breakfast. They have 24 hour shuttle that took us to the airport at 3:45 am. We had a great experience.
Close to flushing train, free shuttle to LaGuardia, included breakfast was great (better than most chain hotel buffets actually) and staff was attentive and courteous.
Decent sized rooms in tidy, clean condition, some parts of the breakfast area a bit worn, but nice enough. Very nice overall.

Nice big rooms. Comfortable bed. Access tobgrocery stores and restaurants if we need to buy something to eat. The buffet is by far the best buffet I have ever tasted!! My husband is picky with food but he made sure to arrive for breakfast! He absolutely loved it!!! All in all a very chill place to stay.

Fairly quiet , large spacious suite with kitchen. Some form of breakfast need to be available at 5:pm for tjhose that have flights athat leave at 7am.

The hotel shuttle was, actually, waiting curbside when I arrived. The room was nothing special but equipped the fridge and microwave. Located in downtown Flushing, it is very walkable for dining and or shopping. A solid 3 star budget hotel.

Except for coffee (good!) and eggs, breakfast buffet was very poor for anyone who doesn’t want meat. Strangely colored yogurt, limited selection of bread/pastry, no real fruit, and truly bizarre “oatmeal”—a tureen of hot milky substance, with a few oat flakes suspended near the bottom and reachable only by plunging the ladle to the bottom—so bad I took a photo.

Searched using filter for hotels around JFK airport with shuttle service and found this one. Landed at JFK, called to see where to get shuttle and they only pick up at La Guardia. The representative was RUDE and said "It is clearly stated that we only pick up at La Guardia" and said, "We have this problem all of the time". They would not cancel & reimburse the room that I could not use and had to find alternate accommodations and pay again. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH.

Nice clean hotel, stuff was friendly. I did not use airport shuttle but saw that they had one. Restaurant at premise was ok, but food had stale smell. Breakfast had no fruit. Cons: hotel does not have their own parking, it's on the premise but not theirs and it cost $25 a night which I was not aware of when booking. Also, the area is all Chinese, was hard to find any other restaurants.
