Room service was good when asked. Bathrooms were not clean enough, there was not enough towels and shampoos. No coffee tea machines, even there was not a single bottle of water queen bed sizes were very small, too narrow 15$/room/day extra market opportunity was very good I had an accident on escalators which was my fault, all staff helped me a lot and I'm grateful to all of them as a summary we were happy with overall staff, but the hotel conditions was not as we expexted

The location is perfect to jump on the subway or walk to many sites. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of food choices at Grand Central or around. We used our $15 credit in the Market every day but beware, the prices in that market are very high. We also found the street noise very audible (sirens, horns ) but luckily we were exhausted from touring all day and the beds were very comfortable, so we slept through it.

1) I have never stayed in a hotel that did not provide a pen and paper in the room. 2) Surprised also there was no coffee/tea maker. 3) Your market is hilarious. $5 for a pack of M & Ms?

Overall a decent value for a location you can’t beat. Easy to access most subway lines and walkable to Times Square, Broadway, Rockafeller Center, etc. elevators were fast and check in was easy. Glad they moved us when the family across the hall were screaming all night. Rooms needed some deep cleaning and the “resort fee/destination fee” is a scam - $40/day for a $15 credit at the overpriced store and access to the gym. No spa as indicated, no paper - total sham.

Grand Central location was perfect for our trip. Reservations reps were very welcoming; housekeeping was accommodating. Concierge and cafe cashier were a little abrupt and rude. Otherwise the hotel was great.

Housekeeping was awful. The bathroom was left dirty. They didn't clean coffee that has spilled on the floor and tub. Didn't leave a full set of towels. Three of the electrical outlets didn't work. Needed an electrician to come to replace the electrical outlets in the bathroom.

I was in room 2001, the toilet runs constantly. They should provide at least 4 towels for 2 persons. The bath tub shower was OK, no water pressure. The bathroom vent does not turn off, so it is noisy in the bedroom. The guest room was dark, not enough light in the room.

The location was perfect. The subway is right there. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Broadway/Times Square. Staff were helpful. We felt safe. The room was dated. Instead of normal light switches, they were these touch pads that were finicky to use. Because of proximity to stuff and subway, we would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel in the middle of downtown New York, with easy access to Times Square, Bryant park, Empire state building and many other places. The prices at the property are very high and I cannot that the staff made us to feel welcomed. I only got a smile, when I tipped them, but otherwise... Thanks for accommodation!
