First the name of the hotel give me the impression that is was near the airport and that was not the case the staff was great on my visit first impression but when i get into the room was disappointed room have roach and look untidy linen was bad especially the top cover had stains and of all other no one empty the garbage nor supply new towels

The floor needed to be sweep and mop, there was no pillows in when I asked for some they said that they were out of pillows. The tv quality suck as well if there was shock you couldn’t hear from out of it

This property needs to be removed immediately. Holes in the walls, hair on bed, halls smelled like pee, dirt stains on toilet seat, shower had dirt in the corners

When i reported to customer service about the lock in my room wasnt working, they offered me a room right away. But i really didn't like the area so i went somewhere else and didn't renew

Did not sleep the first week due to very loud noises, and other guest being extremely loud. Asked to switch rooms and never got switched. Have they never heated of room service ?!? Had to go ask for them to clean my room on top of that when asked they never came had to clean the room myself and go looking for the maid to empty trash can out. Did not provide basic essentials such as toilet paper. HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE!! Spend extra bucks to stay somewhere else

It was a pretty good place close enough that you could walk to the beach the area is regular fro New York and you can’t even hear the train from outside at all which is great

I like it is very close to the subway. Last station of A-Line. Everything else was a disaster. Very small room, too expensive. Dirty. No room service with that price!..

I traveled from Virginia for late checkin at 1230am. The staff gave me a room that didn’t work. Only to find out that there’s a system glitch that does allow them to make room keys 1230-130am every night. Ok went to the first room it was ROACH infested in the bathroom area. Tried another room. It looked clean but woke up to ROACHES in the bathroom, coming from behind pictures and camping out on the walls. My friend and I were disappointed and disgusted. This property should be condemned by the health inspector. Management was very rude at that time of night but did try to find us a ROACH FREE ROOM! LoL AVOID THIS ROACH MOTEL AT ALL COST. DO NOT PASS GO!!!

the property itself is beautiful as beautiful can be but sadly the area and neighborhood around the property is teeming with dirt, garbage and yolkels but other than that if i could give the hotel/property 6 stars i would.

There were cockroaches all over the room, the bathroom and the walls, the sheets smell bad and they were itching, you could perceived the smell of cigarette and the front desk attention was bad. I book the place to rest from a long flight but I couldn't rest or sleep at all.
