The room was very dirty. Bad soap was opened and used. Spider webs in all the corners of the room. Dust, hair and dirt behind the bed. The toilet had also not been cleaned.

Although the property is clean, the bathroom sink is poorly designed to wash your face without water getting on the bathroom floor. The breakfast options do not include sufficient healthy choices. I would stay here again because of its close proximity to the Airtrain station to JFK AirPort.

Hotel is clean, bed is firm and comfortable. The staff is friendly and it has a wonderful breakfast. Hotel is close to air train , lots of buses The Long Island Railway and the MTA TRAINS.

Staff was helpful. The hotel was somewhat close to the airport and I stayed one night until my flight time. It was great for an overnight stay.

I stayed on level 1 of the hotel and the house keepers and guess we’re too loud ! I was asleep around 5am when I was awoken by the loud dame noise. I’m pissed about this

My room was not clean went and talk to someone about it and the person was rude about it

The roomwas made dirty by the guest herself. She put a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door which means she did not want anyone entering her room. Hence no housekeepers entered her room. The lady has to learn how to talk to hotel staff . No absuvie behaviour is tolerated towards any staff members.we have zero tolerance policy when it comes to threats or absusive behavior. We wont ever enyertain this guest in our property henceforh.

Very accommodating staff, clean large rooms and clean bathrooms. Close to airports. Stayed here a few times and prices are always reasonable compared to Manhattan. Trains close by to the city and airport. Breakfast is satisfying and a good variety to choose from.
