The place is clean and spacious. Good customer service.There’s 1 attendant that stood out , he was very helpful but unfortunately I forgot his name. Young Asian male that helped us park our car.Thank you very much!

I had two cockroaches in my room and was then moved to a room that did not have air conditioning and was not the room I paid for. Overall very disappointed.

The best thing is the location, which is very convenient for tourism. The worst thing was the AC. The room was freezing, and the AC was very noisy. The view was limited. It was definitely not worth it for that price.

Very satisfied with my stay. It was clean, quiet and the staff were nice. We had access to the subway and the Empire State Building is soo close. A very good location in the center of most activities. We hope to visit the area again and stay here in the future.

I loved the property itself there was one employee in specific the gentlemen was very helpful at all times the one thing i did not like was that i had a pizza delivered to the hotel and it was downstairs at the desk for over 10 mins i never received a call or anything i had to call to ask if my delivery was made by the time i got the pizza my pizza was frozen!!
