The hotel is in front Rockefeller center, you cN find next to the hotel a Walgrees alao, and at the corner st. Patrick. Metro statio is 2-3 blocks walking.

The location of this hotel is definitely the best thing. My mom and I were able to walk just about everywhere, and when we needed to take the subway there are 3 stations within a 10 minute walk. Big bonus that Walgreens and restaurants are right next door. I read negative reviews before we went about the elevators at this property, and while it was a little slow, both elevators were working. But 2 elevators are servicing 25 floors, so just be patient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If the price was right again, we would stay here again mostly due to the location.

The staff were super friendly and helpful when we arrived and it was our first time in NY, so the man at the counter explained how to get to parking and other things we needed. That care was most appreciated!

The location was great. The entire staff was amazing and very helpful. The only issue we had was that we didn't get the room that we had booked. The room was still great, but wasn't what we had paid for.

Great Midtown location with easy walking access to 2 key subway stations, and a quick jaunt to Central Park, Times Square, and the theatre district. The hotel itself is... ok. Rooms are clean and modern, but this is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Sound transfer from the hallway and adjoining rooms was ridiculous. I was an unwilling participant in a neighboring guest's conference call, clearly hearing both him, and all other parties. Street noise was significant - though not a hotel issue. You're paying for the location - if that's all you need/want, you'll be satisfied. If you want to sleep, bring your own white noise/earplugs, or look elsewhere

There is no free internet as advertised, you need to be a member and membership sign up does not work. I have two very unhappy kids with me this evening. Also, we booked for 4 people, the bedding for the second bed had only 1 pillow. We have towels for 3 people. 1 drinking glass and 1.5 bottles of water.

Totally unsafe! Everone can reach each floor without any confirmation from elevator. Also I put come back later sign but my neighbour steal it for 2 times! I told reseption, and manager they didn’t take any action. This is a huge security problem for our stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. For the location, the price is so incredibly reasonable. It’s clean and the staff super welcoming from the moment we arrived. Next time we are in NYC, we’ll book here again

There was someone clearly smoking cigarettes in the room next to me the whole time I was there. My entire hotel room and bathroom smelled like cigarettes.

The room was clean and spacious. We did have a issue with not e cough cups and that the shower gel was never refilled, but when we asked, room service took care of it for us. The front desk staff was very friends and helpful. All in all a great stay. And very central! We had food, shopping and access to all the mayor attractions right there.

The room was very nice and clean. The TV was a problem because the name of the station did not match the show. an example the title said CNN, but the TV show was Sponge Bob. So, you would have to go one by one to see what was on that station. The major problem, one elevator was broken so there was a long wait for the elevator every time and they were packed. I assume there was no service elevator because the maids and linen service was always using the elevators. We used the stairs several times (5th floor). The staff was nice but not helpful but they tried. The experience was not what we are use to with Hilton.

We had a great stay here and would go again. Decent-sized rooms. Friendly staff. The only issue is the lack of elevator service. Only one was working, and that made for very crowded trips and long waits. The staff even has to use the same SOLE elevator, which is inconvenient for them too. And from what I read, this is not a new issue. Not sure why it can't be fixed.

Had a nice stay here, staff were lovely and the location was amazing, most NYC attractions were in walking distance. The only issue we had was the broken elevator which meant long waiting times for the elevator that did work.

The location was great and staff was very helpful. There were 2 elevators, but one was completely broken and the second was slow and very busy. It wasn’t a deal breaker but definitely inconvenient during busy hours.

First thing after check in; warm chocolate chip walnut cookies! Seriously, the best. We had good stay. Only downside one of the elevator was down during our stay, and for 2 hours both elevators were down! I had to walk up 19 flights of stairs! Great area! Across the street from Rockefeller center, close to Central Park, Time Square, and shopping. Would stay here again because of great location.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to park in the city parking garage behind the hotel, which was very convenient. The shower in our room was probably the best hotel shower I have ever had! The pressure was great and it got nice and hot. So if you like a hot shower this place is for you! Our room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Decent stay with elevator issue
Room was nice. Hotel was good. Good value especially for location. Only issue was 1 of the 2 elevators was down for the whole trip so there was big delays. At one point the 2nd elevator also broke down.. making us walk up 24 flights of stairs to get to our room. I’d probably stay again given how close it is to Times Square and other major things for the $ paid.
