We enjoyed our stay there but we reported that the knob to control the refrigerator was broken and that there was a little mold in the corner of the shower. We actually told the housekeeper first, then a young woman at the front desk and then we spoke to Jerry who said he would have it taken care and no one ever came. Also we had to keep getting out room keys reprogrammed which was a little inconvenient especially after coming in from being out all day and you to to your room and can’t get in

The room did not disappoint and all the extra above and beyond perks that made my stay a 10/10 were-No room deposit, quick check in, personalized text messages before-during-after the stay, free parking, room stocked with enough towels to cover 2-3 showers for 2 ppl, and late check out. Loooved my stay, definitely Exceeded my expectations!

Nice to have cable car pick up and drop off right in from hotel. Sad that the restrarant was not open. Saw they had balcony but only rooms by balcony can access it. Overall nice place to stay.

Staff were very pleasant and responsive. King bed was comfortable and room was a generous size and clean. We traveled without a car but did note that Parking is onsite! Trolley stop is right across the street, making transpo into the Quarter super easy and fun. There are some great breakfast dining choices on Magazine St and it’s a pleasant walk from the hotel for the able bodied. You will prob need reservations so book ahead. This is a lovely boutique hotel and we will return!

The rooms are solid clean and updated. The common areas were functional but didnt feel super inviting for congregating or waiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Right on trolley line to downtown! Very safe overnight parking included (so rare!) Plenty of dining options nearby and a British Pub with amazing beer down the street. Garden district is beautiful. Staff were very nice and helpful

This is a great find. In a good location away from all the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. It's around a 25min walk along nice streets to Bourbon St and the French Qtr and a 5-10min walk to admire all the beautiful mansions. There are lovely little coffee shops close by and plenty of food options too. Free parking is the absolute bonus. It saved us so much and is very secure. There was no breakfast served but coffee/water is available all day. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

This hotel takes extra steps to show they want to get good ratings. They email ahead and ask for ETA and if they can answer any concerns, also do that throughout the stay. The building and room showed the same interest in the details. Room was clean (smelled, felt and looked clean) the linens were fresh and bedding / pillows silky. The rooms were large and quiet, location fantastic for WWII museum and Pascal Manale's Restaurant...could take trolly or walk, no issues. Will go there again for sure....

Nice place. Good value. Good location — trolley stop right in front and 10-min trip to French Quarter. Nice staff. Free parking. In-room fridge but no microwave (though one is available to use down the hall). Only suggestion would be to get a stronger wifi.

The best thing about this property was the staff. Incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel itself was very nice and the beds were super comfy. My mom wanted to take hers home! I will definitely be coming back!

Comfortable and clean, in a neighborhood with many nice restaurants and cafes. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of any on our week long trip around Louisiana. My only suggestion is some extra hooks to hang toiletries bags or other items in the bathroom area would be helpful. The parking was easy and the staff was friendly.
