The room was spacious and clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the suite. There’s a parking next door (I used it). You pay $20 for 24 hours but it’s quite filthy. I thought the hotel would be closer to the riverside but it’s fine if you take the streetcar.

Overall good place to stay. Minor issues- breakfast was inconsistent and no nondairy options, lack of fresh foods. There was a shorting down the street which made us feel less safe.

The rooms were MUCH BIGGER than one would imagine! The property is very accommodating and the staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The breakfast was on point and the employees working the breakfast went the extra mile to make sure that we were FULL! The valet staff was HUSTLING the whole weekend! They offered a wealth of information about the city, dining options, and directions! I highly suggest this property for your next stay. WE WILL BE BACK!

Rude and Racist staff. The room was full of dead cockroaches, upon complaining they gave us another room in which tv was not working. Made a complaint again but nothing was done. Requested for room cleaning and fresh towel, nobody came for the cleaning and refreshments. We had 3 nights 4 days there and had to spend without tv and in a dirty room . Make sure you make the booking wisely. Its a terrible experience. Never booking Sonesta again.
