The address throws off the maps if you're driving and parking your vehicle at the facility. Map app takes you in a square around the hotel based on one-way streets. My map app kept taking me via Conti to Dauphine and I would wind up back at Canal St, without ever having seen the parking entrance. I even stopped in an open parking lot at Burgundy and Iberville to call the hotel and he assumed i was driving in on Iberville, which is a one-way street eastbound.On my third attempt as I approached Iberville and i saw the Green Courtyard covering on the corner of Dauphine/Iberville; I looked to the right (west and it was evening looking into the sun) and saw the entrance to the hotel parking. So up to canal, turn right, then right on burgundy (one-way south), then right on Iberville (one-way east bound). Halleluah!

This hotel is in a great location if you want to be close to Burbon Steet. It’s walking distance to Bourbon Street and Canal Street. Places that were a little further we rode the Streetcar. Buy a Jazzy Pass! We felt safe in this hotel. Starbucks in Lobby. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade once we checked in which was a nice surprise! Unfortunately, the toilet was not working properly on day 2. Maintenance came up and fixed it but toilet still seemed to not work properly. By day 3 we had to change rooms. Same accommodations though. The front desk staff paid for our breakfast that morning. We were very pleased with how they handled the situation!!

I definitely enjoyed this stay and will gladly stay again. I checked in extremely early on 6th floor. Didn’t really have a view out side window but when you checking in almost 9AM from an early morning flight, who’s going to complain. My partner is OCD and requested towel and wash clothes daily along with housekeeping and they never ceased to amaze us. Room was like new every time we came back from our daily activities. Rooms were quiet; we came out one day and a neighbor was blasting music. Beyond my door I couldn’t hear it so I would definitely say that’s a plus. Spacious rooms and clean. Thank you so much for a pleasant visit.

The hotel and staff were great, clean comfortable room, staff very professional and extremely helpful. Sadly the street directly outside the hotel as you walk to the French Quarter was dirty, lots of trash and spillages on the sidewalk. Some streets locally were cleaned in the morning but not outside the entrance to the Courtyard Marriot

House keeping did not clean room well if at all. The floor was dirty, bed partially made one day, did not go in room at all one day( do not disturb WAS NOT ON DOOR) inconvenient to go down and get into lock box. Sirens and loud music all night. The evening clerk was lovely. She greeted me every time I came in or out!

The room was clean and surprisingly quiet given the location of local tourist attractions. Comfortable bed and furniture. It was disappointing that dining options within the hotel were extremely limited. After long days of walking, sightseeing or, in my case, working, sometimes it's nice to just 'stay in'.

This property is very close walking distance from Bourbon St, French Quarter and other downtown attractions. We thought the location was perfect, far enough away that it was quiet yet close enough for a quick walk to most of the tourist spots and great restaurants. The hotel itself has friendly staff, rooms were clean and nice and so was the property. We didn't spend much time on the property and found our room comfortable after a long day exploring. If we come back this is where I would plan to stay again.

This hotel was the perfect location. Super close to Bourban street and walking distance to everything in the french quarter. The rooms were so quiet would never know there's a party happening just a short walk away! Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was super nice and welcoming!

If you want to be in the French Quarter in walking distance of just about everything this is a great choice. In fact, just a two block walk to the streetcar stop on Canal Street. On the other hand, two blocks away from Bourbon Street and it's noise. Parking is expensive but oh so convenient and always available. Too bad our room was facing Iberville St on the 4th floor so we could hear street noise if it was loud.

A few issues: no bar hand soap in the bathroom, the shower door didn’t seal properly and water was all over the floor when I stepped out of the shower to dry off; the tv would turn on with the controller but other than a light blue screen I souls not get anything to work like channels or sound. No picture no matter what I tried to do.

Great location and top shelf service. Really nice hotel. Of course being close to Bourbon and the French Quarter has its plus and minus’s. The quarter is getting worse. Dirty & crappy bars that surround wonderful old classy places like Preservation Hall & Hotel Monteleone and others. The smell of pot is horrible. But this hotel is awesome. Hope the city some day can bring the quarter back to better days.
