This property was wonderful. The staff was very very friendly, very welcoming. The room was located in the French Quarter which was only a few minute walk to Bourbon Street. We literally walked everywhere we went including Jackson Square and down by the river. The parking was pretty tight because the spaces were small so if you have an SUV it will be tight but it’s definitely doable. They give you a garage door opener that opens a gate for you to come in and park. I felt very safe here. The breakfast was amazing. Very fresh and lots of options to choose from. The pool was small but very cute, beware people that sit down at that pool like to read it’s not really a pool to be loud and rowdy in. This place was very laid-back and so convenient to all the fun things we wanted to enjoy in New Orleans. 10/10 would recommend. Book your stay here !!! :)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. I enjoyed the shady courtyard in the evenings.

Overall the property was nice. Elevator was broke so had to climb stairs and use service elevator. They had a nice breakfast each morning. Staff was very friendly and efficient

Great price and staff, carpets in the room need a good clean but beds dead comfy. Staff fab and helpful, court yard pool was a nice touch.

I wanted to stay in the French Quarters while in New Orleans yet still have a quiet retreat from all the activity. This property did just that. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The hotel itself reflected the French Quarters charm and history yet also provided all the modern amenities you could ask for. The price was very reasonable and location was in walking distance from almost everything I wanted to see. I highly recommend this hotel for those wanting the French Quarters experience while still enjoying some quiet time in the courtyard or by the pool.

The hotel was perfect for our stay in New Orleans. It was in a good location and we were able to walk to lots of the must-see places - it was also very convenient for pickups for booked tours beyond the city. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and did all they could to make our stay most enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was a definite bonus!

902 N. Rampart St is in the French Quarter and is very convenient to everything in the Quarter. Easy to walk and find The Big Easy fun!! Great Hotel room. Staff were professional and courteous!! I highly recommend The French Quarter Best Western in New Orleans!!

Great location just far enough away from Bourbon Street to be quiet but close enough to easily walk to and around the French Quarter. Parking was quite secure but really tight. Lovely courtyard with pool.

Not quite sure why this hotel has as high of a rating as it does. Not very clean. Floors were nasty in the room. Website shows pack and play availability but when we arrived, there was no pack and play for our 10 month old. Disappointing. Only positive was the breakfast.

Great location, could walk to just about anything. The court yard was clean and pretty. Dining area was very clean, but we slept in so we missed the breakfast. Smelled good though.

The only issue I had was the family smoking weed in the courtyard the first two days that we were there. Had to walk through their cloud of smoke to get to our room. No way management didn’t know this was going on. The area was convenient to the quarter and the courtyard was very quiet and nice.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful, super friendly and so nice. I would stay here again in the future. Easy access to taxi and can walk a few block to food, shopping and music. Affordable and Clean. Thank you!

First and foremost, the staff at this hotel were fantastic. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The facility was clean and housekeeping was great. As a single woman. I did not feel safe at night walking out by myself in this area. Also, request a room with a courtyard view. My room was on the exterior and as the buildings are close in NOLA, the crackhead gentleman living next door chose to sit and look on my room whenever the curtain wasn’t completely closed

The property was quiet and generally clean. However, the room I stayed in was dusty and the bathroom needs a little more TLC. The staff were excellent. I would recommend it to family and other guests. I will certainly stay there again.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. While it may be a slightly dated, it added to the charm that one might expect/want when visiting the French Quarter. Staff was wonderful - very helpful and friendly.

The location is litterly 15 minuts walk to every where in french quarter and it’s 2 street above bourbon street that makes this place special and far away from all mess in bourbon street! The cleaning services could be better!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly nice and helped us set up tours and told us about places to go in the area. The courtyard makes you feel like your in the French Countryside.

We loved this hotel for its comfortable, homelike, and authentic feel. It's lovely to have a pool surrounded by trees and honey suckle. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety and lots of local options, like dirty rice with scrambled egg. (yum). All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Charlene, in particular, who attends breakfast was wonderful. While it may be a Best Western, it did not feel like a chain. It was a memorable, convenient, and interesting place to stay.

I was traveling by myself and the night time staff especially Ty would check on me when I would come back to the hotel! Shows how much they care for their customers and if anything was needed they would get it for you fast! Loved staying at this hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel & recommend it whole heartedly!! it’s far enough to be away from the noise and be safe but close enough to walk anywhere u wanna go. also the trolly and bus stops a block away. it’s in the center of everything but where u can also get peace and quiet. the breakfast is super convenient & yummy. staff is friendly. pool was nice and clean. the hotel made our trip to nola great !!!!

Loved the serenity of the courtyard. Lucion was very hospitable, accommodating and helpful. Didn’t like that the AC blows directly onto whomever is sleeping in the bed closest to the AC. We were in room 351. The location could not have been better for us. No one walking by our room, no one above. Could not hear anyone in the room next to us. Courtyard area was a bit noisy at night but not out of control considering we were in NOLA.
