"The layout of the room was not as it appeared in the hotel photos. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The sink was at entrance to the room. Very awkward layout and there was not enough room to shower.
Issues with wifi and had to go to the front desk to get a wifi code as login site didn’t recognize last name and room number.
Room pass card didn’t work and had to go to from desk to get it reconfigured
Room smelled like smoke
Elevator was extremely slow
Service at Bistro for dinner was excellent.
Breakfast was as expected with scrambled eggs, sausage and fried potatoes.
