Really enjoyed my stay here - the staff were really helpful, the rooms were spacious and well equipped and the hotel was in a central and walkable location. I would absolutely stay here again.

It's a great choice if you need a quite nice place to stay in Goreme. The staff were kind and helpful. Also, if you want to fly with Royal Ballon it's even better: discount for the flight, no need to get up earlier, and first hand info about the weather just by talking to the reception.

Great hotel to stay! We are very impressed by friendly service from every staff we met in front desk, dining room & cleaners. Safe & quiet location, easy walking to town centre & attractions. The hotel crosses from beautiful red valley with walking distance. Their included breakfast is high quality. This hotel owns famous local hot air balloon company “Royal balloon Capadocia ”. Customer lives in this hotel gets discount for ride ( unfortunately our ride cancelled in last minute because weather conditions). Definitely recommend this hotel to people visiting Cappuccino.

Great value hotel who look after every need
Great business who are also organising the balloon rides, everything ran like clockwork, very friendly & efficient. Breakfast delicious & room spacious & nicely decorated.

Our stay was perfect. It could of been extra perfect if they offered a proper breakfast. The bread, cakes as nd other items were mostly left open and as a result food had flies and was dry. The room, staff, area, location. Everything about this place is perfect so perfect that we would stay here again and to be totally honest you can just walk to the cafe and buy a decent breakfast but it's a small place.

Was amazing. I had a balcony which was lovely. You can see the balloons from there. Room had airconditioning which helped a lot with the hot temperature. Staff were really nice and hospitable.

Good overall, just not in a sweet location. The doors slam and it’s an echo chamber but it’s still ok once it quiets down. Breakfast was lovely and staff were kind and helpful.

The hotel staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious. The hotel is just a short walk to the main street where all the restaurants and shops are.

Nice hotel for the price, spacious room, great options of breakfast walking distance to main attractions in Goreme. Since they have a hot air balloon service they were able to arrange that as well! It was a great ride! This is not a cave room but a very nice option in town for a clean, comfortable good quality stay!

Excellent hotel
I love Royal Stone House. I have stayed there 4 times. Very nice staff. The rooms are big and clean. Love the hot water pot in the room so I can make my instant coffee whenever I want. Nice breakfast buffet.

Big size room with four windows.
I like hotels decorations. I like my room very much. The big room have everything I need, great breakfast is included in the room rate. The room is so quiet, there is no any noise you can hear from the next door since the stone wall is so thick. I am a little picky for the cleaness, this is why I rated for four star. Comparing the money I paid it should be five stars.

Very satisfied and recommend this hotel 🙂
Great location for us. We had a car but easy walking distance and ammenities close by. Very comfortable room and beds. Very warm friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was good and all you need for a start to your day! The restaurant manager was very personable. We recommend this hotel.

Love Royal Stone House
This was my 3rd time staying at Royal Stone House. It is my favorite hotel. The rooms are huge and very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be back for a 4th time!

not a blad place but a bit impersonal. Also though the road is at 300 metres and we were at the back, sometimes sound from the traffic.

Nice place to stay. helpful staff. They helped me book a The Green Tour about 30 minutes before the schedule start time which was appreciated. It's located on the flat part of the city and near the restaurant area. maybe a 500m walk from the centre of the city.
