We stayed at the most expensive room in the hotel and the room was stinking the whole time due to sewage pipes problem. Also the occupancy was really low probably other rooms have issues too.

The hotel is very poorly maintain. During my stay the AC never work properly and this was during the summer months. The bathroom seem in desperate need of a deep cleaning, and was always smelling like sewer. The terrace with an amazing view had two chairs and was not condition to enjoy

Wonderful staff. Breakfast was very nice and they cooked eggs to order including a perfectly cooked soft boiled egg! Super helpful as far as arranging rides. Loved their German shepherd on the property. Cave room was very cool. Only drawback was the room was set to sauna and they apparently were unable to turn the heat down. Opening a window is not an option when you go to sleep since it is not a enclosed property. That and the strong sewer smell for the entirety of our stay and nothing could be done or was done. Should have moved hotels. Also if the dog senses a cat at 2:00 in the morning.. you can probably guess. There are more positives than negatives because of the wonderful Turkish people.

Best hotel in Cappadocia
From a one night stay to a 3 night stay simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in from the tours ,staff, to the parking everything was amazing the cleanliness the on-site restaurant but most of all the staff that went above and beyond to help in anyway possiable I have stayed at big name hotels but not one of them can come close to the service we received in my opinion this hotel is a five star hotel looking forward to many more stays to Cappadocia…: Lori from Canada

The BEST hotel in Cappadocia
I haven’t loved a hotel enough to take the time to write a review but I can’t exaggerate this enough when I say that I would come to Cappadocia just to stay here. The number one reason why I loved this hotel was the customer service. All of the staff were amazing, but I have to say that the older man (maybe the manager for the restaurant?) and middle aged waiter were so hospitable. They helped us countless of times and really made our stay so much easier. The entire time we were staying there it felt like home. I came with my husband and 4 children, we had a misunderstanding about how many fit into one room. Without me even asking about it, he (the hotel manager) had them bring two rollaway beds. Everything about the hotel was nice, like any good hotel would be. I don’t have any complaints at all everything was just as expected, so I can definitely say that the amazing hospitality was the only thing I wasn’t expecting.

We love the view, the hotel is in top of a small hill the hotel is lovely is typical of the region is clean and spacious Celil was our help desk he was very helpful, courteous, friendly and kind we really liked him. I did not like that it was snowing the first day we arrived we were not prepared for that kind of weather be aware of the circumstances.

Resort with a beautiful view
The resort is located about 300 mtrs away from the main market in Goreme and therefore the location is superb. The view of the floating hot air balloons from the first floor balcony is unparallel. The rooms are good in size.

This hotel has a fantastic view. The staff (Sultan, Oktay, and the night manager) are fantastic and quite helpful. We stayed in their panoramic view room which had large windows and overlooked the area where balloons launch. I recommend you NOT book your balloon excursion through the hotel but do it independently and well ahead of your arrival to Cappadocia.

Comfortable stay. But not an authentic cave hotel
First things first, this is not an authentic cave hotel, even though the room name says Cave Suite Room (And no air conditioning in the cave suite room). So, please keep that in mind if you are looking for a cave experience. Otherwise, the property is fine. Good location, 10 minute walk from Goreme city centre (mostly uphill). Comfort and service is good. Breakfast very ok (they ran out of few items on the standard menu one hour before the breaktime end time).

Cave rooms are naturally dusty and it is unhealty having an air condition as you will get breath the air with its dust. For this reason cave rooms can not have an air condition. The hotel was charming, we had a warm , informative welcome and the staff were very helpful. The location was good, just a short walk into town, and the rooms were characterful with a spectacular view. The only thing that let the hotel down was breakfast- no orange juice, and none of the traditional Turkish staples- menemen, gozleme, borek, and just some pretty lump apples by way of fresh fruit.

Satisfait dans l’ensemble. Les chambres sont grandes. Une petite cote à monter sinon bien placé comme hotel. On a pu regarder les ballons sur la terrasse. Le petit déjeuner correct. Une petite odeur particulière dans la chambre.
