"recently celebrated my birthday here, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The biggest positive was the staff—they were absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming, and did everything they could to make us comfortable. They truly deserve recognition.
Unfortunately, the property itself is in desperate need of renovation and proper upkeep. There were too many worn-out and dilapidated areas that took away from the experience. Our room had a leaking AC and even a spider inside, and there were simple things missing like ketchup and bitters for drinks—small issues that should be easy to fix.
It felt like the staff cared, but upper management didn’t seem to share that same level of concern. That’s really disappointing because with some attention and investment, this place could be so much better.
I genuinely appreciate the incredible staff, but sadly, the condition of the property would keep me from returning. I sincerely hope management makes the improvements it deserves."
