Hi Jose Thanks for your response and yes, it is hot here in Jamaica right now as we are having our first heatwave in years. If you checked our property out you would see that we have no AC, only fans which normally are very effective as we have at least 2 in each room. We are a hostel for budget travellers and our guests prefer to keep the costs down. I understand that you tried to get accommodation elsewhere on the beach when you decided you didn't want to stay with us because we didn't have something we don't actually offer. But you couldn't find anything in the price range with AC. I am sorry that you didn't get what you wanted but we all have a responsibility to ensure what we are paying for. And it really is unfair of you to review us on something we don't advertise we have and we have no control over the weather. Thank you Janet

Thank you for your review Brian, it is most appreciated. We have been waiting on an inspection to put a solar panel on the roof for hot water and this should come soon. The WIFI is a problem, we have the digicel fibre optic which is allegedly the best on the island but all the utilities companies here are the worst in the world for service but we keep trying to get it better Thanks again Janet
