Hotel never got the booking/was sold out and took 4-5 hours/talking to 4-5 reps to try to get alternate hotel which was ok ok. All this while driving to a supposed relaxed weekend! Never again will I book with you. The Rio resort staff were rude and washed their hands of any responsibility also.
