Beautiful facility. Good bed and pillows. Super clean. Lot’s of grab bars in bathroom for guest’s mobility issues. Great stay.

This is a new property in Needles. It is far superior to any other hotel in town, including the casinos across the river. Easy parking, adequate pizza joint next door. Breakfast was average for Hilton properties. Very new, very clean.

Hotel is great and staff were friendly. For a family trip though i wouldnt return there is nothing in the area to do with kids. The surrounding area doesnt look so friendly which was disappointing considering this place was actually great to stay in.

Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel/rooms. Only downside was the bathtub didn’t have a faucet to fill it up… had to use the shower head, which didn’t fill fast enough so the water was cold.

Not as clean as it should be for a new location.
This was a business trip. Check-in was quick and my request for a first-floor room was accommodated. The carpeted hallways are very dirty with visible dirt and small rocks/pebbles evident down both sides of the wing. Additionally, the tiled areas in my room were not clean either--the bathroom and entryway. Someone had left a dog in a room (unaccompanied I presume) as it howled and cried for quite some time in the evening).

The room wasn't as clean as I thought it would be. Numerous hairs on the floor of the shower, the toilet had splatters, and the bathroom mirror has a lot of streaks. I accidentally got water on the floor from the sink and when i wiped it up the washrag was brown and i had to scrub it out so i wouldn't get charged any fees. As im wiping the floor i see a plastic clothing tag on the floor. So the bathroom floor was also not clean. Not impressed for the price i paid!

Bathroom floors need a good cleaning.
I know this is a newer location for Needles, but the last couple of times I have stayed here the bathroom floors have been dirty with some kind of sticky, dark goo. I am surprised as the other areas of the room are very clean. Since there is not daily housekeeping unless it is requested 24 hours in advance, this issue does not get addressed unless the guest has cleaning while they are in the room.

Good breakfast. Hotel was new and in good condition. Housekeeping could have been better. There was food left in the fridge and a used towel draped over the ironing board, which made me wonder how much cleaning actually occurred.

This property is new and wonderful. Our favorite amenity was a small freezer! We put our ice blocks in and were so happy we could do that. Breakfast is also great.

The facility is newer, very chic/modern retro style. The fitness room is superb-way above average. Room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast offerings and seating area was very nice. Overall, a pleasant stay!
