The front desk person who checked me in was unfriendly and unhelpful. I tried to be cheery and asked what was going on in Franklin that day and she replied that she was the wrong person to ask. No smile. No suggestions or observations.

Honestly a nice place to stay, my only complaint is there was no microwave in the room and none available to bring up, only option is to stand in the lobby to warm up your food. I feel a microwave should be a basic amenity but hey, I’m just a hungry guy lol

The staff was friendly when entering the hotel. I received a welcoming text that asked if everything was going well and if there was anything I needed. The hotel was very accommodating to families.

We travel with our small hairless dog. Charging a pet fee of $75 for one night seems high to us. The room we had was not a typical “pet room” that most hotels put pet owners into. It was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very small and a bit cramped but overall it was okay for one night.

First time staying in a Hilton company and even though these are probably their basic 2-3 star hotels my stay was wonderful. Kid friendly, clean location, soo many areas to relax in the lobby area and lots to do. Breakfast in the morning has many options. The location is in the fancier areas of Franklin. Nearby you’ll find whole food, chipotle, firstwatch and easy access to drive to Nashville. Would definitely return. Also Megan from Night Shift was sooo kind to allow us an early check in after a long drive overnight. Thank you!!

This hotel is very clean and appears to be close to brand new. My room was very clean and even the mattress was very comfortable. The parking was free and convenient. Access to the interstate was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely SPARTAN
This hotel is SPARTAN! WHile it is new and spotless... comfort is terrible. There is no comfortable chair to sit on. Just one computer desk chair. the floors are hard and uncarpeted. There's also, bunch of cutesy annoying stuff on the walls... e.g. elevator, Lobby, etc. it seems designed for teenyboppers rather than adult travelers.
