Hotel was nice, valet parking took my keys home so I had to Uber to several meetings and was late. Caused problems for me

Would have liked it more if the staff was a little more accommodating and welcoming there was no help when it came to Wi-Fi or any recommendations DJ outside was very helpful.

great location, restaurant good, comfortable, but tv in room stayed on a download message, not getting a solid feed, very irritating, not good for watching anything, nothing wrong with the tv, it was just bad communication/load.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Loved the 1799 restaurant, bar and McGavocks Coffee shop. There was a rare winter storm while we were there and everything stayed open inside the hotel while everything else was closed in town which was great. Will definitely stay here again

Pros: location, decorations, proximity to shops and restaurants, easy parking down the street. Friendly staff
Cons: room didn’t get cleaned even though we were gone from 10-4. Had to go ask for more clean towels. Lobby restrooms were disgusting…toilets overflowing and dirty.

Total disappointment due to theft of our laundry that was accidentally left behind. I called 4 hours after we departed but housekeeping claimed they could not find it. If you cannot trust the house keepers to admit they found the large bag of laundry that was left hanging on the connecting room door knob I do not think I can trust them cleaning my room at all.

Our team turns in a variety of left behind ranging from clothing to expensive jewelry. I am truly sorry that these items have not been located. We have reviewed with our team members and neither saw the bag of clothes. We have also checked with our laundry vendor to see if they have been mistakenly sent out with our laundry; however, they did not locate anything either. If you could share what the actual items were, we could potentially assist in getting these replaced. Sincerely,
Kate was amazing at the front desk. She really went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We will certainly stay at the Harpeth again the next time we're in Franklin.

When I arrived at the hotel my room was not ready and I had to conduct my business calls in the lobby where it was very loud and noisy. I'm an out of town guest at this hotel at least 2-3 times a month.
