Location was the only pro to staying here. Pool was closed, fitness room was sad looking, breakfast was minimal, carpets were dirty and halfway torn up through a holiday weekend, lighting was terrible in the room. Fit what they're charging I def would not stay again

They allowed ten people to reserve two rooms with a total of 4 double beds. Their solution was that 2 people ( 1 in each room) could sleep on the floor. There were no roll away beds available. The property was disgusting and smelled terrible. The pool was closed. Door handles were missing. But the real kicker was when we moved the dresser to make a bed in the floor there was a used bloody uncapped syringe. We left and are waiting on a refund. We were told the general manager would not take phone calls. We will never be back.

The front desk was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was typical of this type of hotel. The room was decent. The tub constantly ran slowly. The desk lamp was not functional. None of the exterior doors worked with the keycard and had signs on them apologizing for the inconvenience. The hallway carpets were super nasty, had bleached out spots and was totally missing in many places. Overall a very dirty experience.

The only thing we didn’t like was the day before check out housekeeping was beating on our door telling us we had to leave, even though we were booked for another night. Then the front desk called telling us we had to leave but finally looked it up and saw that we were in fact booked for one more night.

This was a nice stay for the money. The breakfast was good 3 out of the 4 times we ate. The day that was not good, they didn’t have any orange juice, cranberry juice, or eggs. Which is understandable that they could have ran out of things, but this was early in the morning and we saw an employee walk out from the food prep area with eggs. When we asked if they were bringing out more eggs, she said no they didn’t have any.

I don’t like that it was the wrong location our reservation was made at. I even called the day before, Friday to make sure it was the location by the Nissan stadium. I was told yes. I was also calling to verify the military discount which I did not get bc I reserved through Expedia and was told they could not adjust the price. I was so displeased with this experience with Expedia. The hotel was run down and in such bad shape. We had to actually be moved to a different room because the air did not work in the first room we were given. I will say the only good thing was the staff, they were helpful at getting us to a new room with air without delay.

It was dirty and the washer the fitness room nor the pool worked nothing in properly works bad odor flees and I got bit in place when I said I wanted to be compensated they was rude and manager was arguing back with customers I think for the money I paid I think I should get compensated at least half of my money back I would not recommend no one to this dirty hotel there is no suites so that's a lie animals in property and lots of people were. Complaining and I think OSHA needs to investigate I still haven't received my 50$ they took which they said that my money would be on my credit by tonight need answers will be contacting my lawyer because I'm a senior and I got bit in the dirty hotel there complementary breakfast the employee don't use gloves and they put pork beef and turkey in same pan that unsanitary need something done

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is unsafe, and a biohazard. Had what appears to be a huge blood stain in the carpet. Dirty bed linens and reeked of cigarette smoke. Please run!

Unfortunately, the internet was down so the check in process took a lot of time. Out of your control, but still sucked. We get into the room and it smells like someone sprayed a can full of axe to cover up some other smell. The balcony door was ajar and didn’t lock, the carpet was disgusting and so was the hallway. I was so disappointed that we ended up staying at another hotel down the road a bit. For the same price we got a much better room experience. Unfortunately, that meant we had to pay for 2 rooms since we couldn’t get our money back.

The hotel was great but I was charged on my debit card for 5 nights when i only staying and prepaid for two. Supposedly when i checked in the internet was down and could not charge my card so i was told to come back down stairs the next morning to complete the computer aspect of the checkin process. So I did. Well, when it was checkout time on Sunday my card had benn charged for a total of 5 nights and we only stayed the weekend. They said it would be refunded but that has yet to happen and WHY would you charge my card for 5 nights anyway??????! This was so unprofessional and legal action will be taken.

Also the company was here to fix the water issue and trying best as possible. Said they were putting a “hold” on my credit card but that’s not true. They actually charge your card and you wait 2 weeks to get it returned and they only did it after I threatened to place charge back on the entire bill as I was fraudulently charged.

I do apologize you feel this way. No one at this property done anything fraudulent. You have to realize that when money is returned, it's up to your bank to release those funds. I'm pretty sure no one here would want to face jail time dealing with a guests cc card. Upon looking at your reservation funds were released. Thank you!

Front desk check in/out was slow. Need two people working the desk in the mornings and evenings. I hung around Sunday morning waiting for a hot breakfast only to find out it was continental on Sundays. Not sure how I missed that, but I could have been on the road way before I was. Hotel is under construction so there was one entrance only which was a HUGE inconvenience at night in the rain. Just be mindful of that if you book at this time. Staff was friendly and the price is reasonable for the location. Room was clean and smelled clean. Towels were nice...AND the tub drained just fine (always gross when it doesn't!) All in all I would recommend if your looking for a clean nights stay at a reasonable price.

Staff is very friendly. First rooms keys nor the tv worked. Moved us to a different room and it was really noisy with traffic. The tub has a constant stream of water coming out. Not a dribble. Between a hat and the traffic, I don’t think we would be back at this location. It’s clean but needs a LOT ofmaintence and updated.

Terrible facility overall! My room was dirty with trash from the previous party. The corridor area smelled like dog piss, weed and ammonia. There were blood like stains all over and the water in the tube wouldn’t shut off. The staff were very professional and friendly in light of the situation. I will never stay their again when I travel to Nashville.

I gave this pet friendly hotel one star less because even though there were many exterior doors near my room, the only door that the key card would open was the front entrance. Not very convenient when loading the car or taking the dog in and out
