Very quiet rooms. Even near elevator and ice machines were not noisy. Nice, spacious, clean. Next time I'll bring a nightlight since rooms are quite dark. A shuttle would have been nice, but we walked or took Uber. Friendly, helpful staff. Could use a towel rack or two. Tub was slippery so we asked for a mat. Would recommend this place for family or business. Good breakfast spread is a plus!

GREAT location! We were attending a concert at Firstbank Amphitheater, and this Hyatt Place was a very short drive from there, plus it is near all the food and shopping that you could ever need. Our king suite had the coolest layout, too. Friendly staff, clean hotel.

Tree lined and peaceful. The room was clean but showed wear Amenities were absent. Out of the four nights, housekeeping came one day. We asked for coffee or did without. Food was unavailable due to staffing. We were informed one person was working and they were fortunate to have them. That one person was multitasking.Corporate, it's not that no one wants to work, it's no one wants to work for starvation wages. A little more money for the people that make it happen as opposed to corporate salaries and stock holders just might benefit all in the long run.

Booked 2 rooms on Dec 18/23 for one night on May 3/24 through Expedia. With taxes, I paid 510$ for both rooms. When checking in, I was told that I was being bumped to another hotel. The clerk at the hotel explained someone made a mistake and over booked rooms that day. She explained tome that Expedia had tried contacting me that day. I called Expedia and they said it’s not their policy to call customers and that the Hyatt lied. The hotel we were bumped to was not at all in comparison to what we booked and paid! The property was a terrible location for our plans which we booked 5 months ago. Thwre ahould be a refund for the Hyatts mistake!

Corey was amazing at a time when kindness was much needed. We were tramsporting my father from michigan to floroda to receive much needed healthcare services. It wS a very stressful time..when we checked in Corey was so cheerful and kind it just made it seem like there was some hope for better days. Excellent customer service. He was nothing short of amazing! Please thank him from me and my mother!

My room was directly across from the elevator and the people directly above me I could hear them walking, jumping and dropping things most of the night. Hard to sleep. The front desk staff was not personable. I wouldn't stay there again.

I am a Hyatt Place fan — stay there whenever convenient. However this particular one did not meet expectations. Room was fine although no maid service for two nights. Breakfast was a big disappointment— and this is one of the reasons I choose Hyatt Place. Breakfast exactly the same every day. Plus not kept fresh — just not an enjoyable experience.

Very clean with good sized room and convenient to mall shopping tourism in Franklin Brentwood and connection to Nashville. 20 minutes to most all the decent golf courses.

Nice hotel but the room layout is weird. The bathroom opens up to the bed area and there is no door for the sink area. So if someone gets up early and wants to get ready- they are blaring the light onto the other person trying to sleep. Plus the shower and toilet area is tiny. If you are on the heavy side- good luck maneuvering in here. On the good side- the breakfast is good and had lots of hot choices.

No microwave in the room. Had to go to the breakfast atea to heat a rice pack (for pain relief). That microwave was being used to heat eggs for the breakfast buffet.
