Thank you to the staff and especially Arianna at the front desk, she was amazing. We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Hyatt House. The included breakfast was beautifully prepared and delicious!

This hotel is a great location and is within walking distance to Broadway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet and had everything that we needed. We felt safe in the area and walked home at night from Broadway with no issues. They do no clean your room everyday so you do have to request towels or coffee if you need those daily.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast provided was excellent. I did not use the pool or gym but they both looked very nice. No complaints from us.

Very nice and close enough, but not too close. The complaint is the cleaning, we stayed 5 nights, they would come in around 5 pm and make the bed and leave towels, but never swept, vacuumed or took out trash. There was a super large hairball in front of the elevators and it was there two days before someone moved it to next to the wall, but was still there on day 4. Breakfast tables never got washed down, just overall not real clean so surprising for Hyatt House (your my favorite)

We arrived early and were hoping for an early check in. That didn’t happen. We ended up having to wait until after the 4pm check in time for our room to be ready. The front staff were not very helpful during the whole process. Although we got text messages that our room was ready, when we went to inquire, we were told differently. Nevertheless it was quite frustrating as we had a 17 hour commute and just wanted to check in and rest. Also the glass shower doors leaked profusely, and when we informed staff, they told us that they were aware that this was an issue with some of the rooms and resolved it by giving us more towels to help soak up the water that was leaking out of the shower doors!!! Very disappointed to say the least! We expected more of the Hyatt!

Property is in a good location. Not far from Broadway. Quinton at the front desk was awesome. Room was clean and good size. We Had the 1 bedroom with kitchen. Good breakfast and bar area. Highly recommended the Listening Room, which is close by. Loved Nashville!

Generally the property was very clean. However, it was very difficult to get our room cleaned during our 6 night stay. We asked 4 times in two days, finally after the fourth request someone came to clean the room. They came one time during our 6 night stay & that’s only because we asked multiple times. Would have been nice if they came every second day.

I tried to cancel this reservation for months in advance so that I could stay in an Airbnb with other people, but they would not let me do it. They said it was nonrefundable so I went to the property and stayed there and it was nothing special. Pool area Smelled really bad

Front desk staff welcomed us as we.walked in. Explained where ameneties were. Also, use of room key on the elevator and entrance doors after 10pm. Shower was great! The size of the room was great. Thank ypu for a great stay. Wish the bar would have opened earlier and the restaurant too.

I really liked the location for the property. Kind of on the outskirts of the downtown area but still very walkable. Didn’t love the rooms. Didn’t like how there were no “do not disturb” signs for the door.
