Horrible experience. Upon arrival late in the evening we noticed blood on the sheets. I had to walk to lobby since they didn’t answer the front desk phone. They put us into another room. The next morning I woke up and noticed stains on the comforter. I was appalled when I saw bodily fluid stains and blood on my sheets. I took pictures and I will post them to warn others. When I asked the “manager”to come to the room to see the stains nothing was done but the sheets were changed with the same dirty comforter. If you would like to see what they have their guests sleeping on just ask me to send you the pictures. Also a dirty coffee cup was left in the room for 3 days! Expedia needs to check the hotels out better!!

I hadn't seen there was a charge for parking which was $10. That was an annoying surprise but the stay was great.

Easy to get to, perfect for the airport. Clean, spacious areas. Breakfast was simple but enough selection to please everyone in our group. I would stay here again.

The issue I have is I booked through Expedia wnd put a pet on there, I paid my incidentals and at no point did anyone say anything about additional cleaning fees, nor was it conveyed to me by Expedia when I booked. I asked house keeping 3 times to change my sheets and take dirty bathroom linens and bring new ones and no one ever did. My pet was kept kenneled and someone was on the room for them to be there. So they took my $120 incidentals and continue to try and charge me for another 56 then 26, then 15 then 10, trying to get something so I called with the alert and was told the fee www on the website, I would have talked to management about housekeeping, which I did….. the hotel is beautiful, clean, comfy, but this part will prevent me from returning. Expedia needs to do better as well with the additional fees.

The parking lot was a little complicated at first, but then I got the hang of it. The staff was fine, from what I can recall. The place was clean and breakfast was good too.

The room and staff were awesome! Stayed a week and really enjoyed it! Awesome breakfast every morning! Close to the airport and shuttle drivers were very friendly and nice! Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was great. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was nice and respectful. Only thing that I would say is that we asked for our rooms to be cleaned up while we were away throughout the days and no one came in to tidy up the room for us. Other than that, we had an easy, smooth and peaceful time at this hotel.

Fantastic! From all the staff to the services provided to the comforts of the suite. We stayed for 5 nights, the hotel is near the airport, but is super quiet. It isn't near restaurants within walking distance, but they provide all the breakfast options with a ljttle bit of a mix up as well. For convenience there is a simple menu of food to be ordered if you don't want to go out with a great patio to enjoy. Which brings us to a specific staff member that made our stay even more enjoyable...Doug, the bartender/cook. He was pleasant and helpful giving us local suggestions that did not disappoint. The only thing we may have wished for was a hit tub to soak our weary selves after a few days of walking downtown 😁

We selected the location because it is located halfway between downtown and the Grand Ole Opry. What set a bad vibe was that when we arrived the property is gated. When I inquired at the desk why ... the manager said it was just so the owners could charge for parking. We were not aware of a parking fee until we arrived. This area does not need a parking fee for the hotel. The gates were a pain.
