The location of this hotel is very good in relation to the Broadway strip. It was within a 15 min walk of everything that we wanted to see.
Once we checked into our room, we noticed that there was no shower curtain. I reported this to the front desk and someone came up in about 15 min. She came into the room, installed the curtain and then just walked out without an apology or a confirmation that it was done.
The lobby/main entrance area was clean and organized with live music each day. Once you got up to the room floors, the attention to cleanliness definitely went down. The hallways always seemed to have paper or food waste on them and were in need of a vacuum. On one of the days, we had a series of brown stains on the floor outside of the elevator, there were foot prints that led into the maintenance area. It took almost the entire day before this was cleaned.
Along with all of this, there was construction taking place next door, which happened to be right outside of our window. The noise started sharp each day at 7:00 am.
This hotel could have done better, considering that the rates had been increased due to a concert being in town.
There are many other hotels in the area, charging similar pricing that are much better options.
