The carpet was dirty and moist. We had to keep our shoes on. Microwave didn’t work. The room smelled like mold. We thought it was a hotel, it was more like a motel… we hardly spent our time there.

Had a suite with 2 full bathrooms included. Both tubs were dirty. One of the toilet paper hardware was in the floor the whole stay. Had a mini frig that wasnt even plugged up and nowhere to plug it in myself. Several strips and chunks of carpet missing. Friendly staff. But one employee at the desk very, very slow. Nowhere to park 1st night. Nice accommodations just needed to be more clean and in need of repairs

our bathroom only had 1 body towel for 4 people, never got any other towel. the bathroom was nasty, caked on black stuff in the corner tiles, no fan in bathroom and only one of the main lights worked in the room. room was also musty, even with AC on. now on to the breakfast situation, this older gentleman hovered over your every move. just staring you down while you ate. he literally ran after someone leaving the room with 1 plate of waffle and a coffee, did not let the ladies leave to eat in their room. also a new mom with a newborn had to stay down there to eat her food. i got up to get a coffee and he ran over to push my chair in (it was my husband and 2 other ladies on the other-side of breakfast area). breakfast was mediocre, but maybe it was the guy staring us down while we ate. please change this and let us all eat in peace. you can tell if someone’s stacking up on food or just going to eat in the comfort of their own space. for $100/ a night it should be different.

I booked this place thru Expedia and when I arrived I found it to be a motel, not a hotel! It was dirty, had a terrible smell, had blood on the curtain, and the door didn't have a proper seal to it. The door was closed but, you could push on it so it wasn't secure at all! The hotel staff told me that I needed to contact Expedia to get a refund but, they wouldn't refund my money after all of these complaints. I looked at the room before having my family enter because it didn't look nice at all from the outside and it wasn't at all! I wouldn't have even allowed my dog to stay there! Horrible, horrible!! Do not book with Expedia, they will not refund your money in circumstances like these. They shouldn't allow places like this to book on their site! False advertisement at its highest!

Stayed for 6 days, on day 3 of our trip housekeeping came while we were gone for the afternoon and had thrown away many very important personal items. Went to the office upon returning realizing someone had been in our room and the gentleman said to come in the morning and speak with management. It was a windy day the Do Not disturb sign was blown off the door, They had called the housekeeper down and she admitted that was thrown away. Day 4 of the trip the water was shut off mid shower, I again went to the office and had to argue to get the water turned back on to rinse. I was informed at that time they had chosen the time when no one should be in the shower. I said they should have notified guest that the water was going to be shut off for a period of time. day 6 we had secured the do not disturb sign to our door, I was pulling up and noticed the managers wife at our door again, my spouse opened the door and was standing behind it due to not being dressed. She claimed she wanted to talk to me. She then proceeded to tell me that because we had declined housekeeping she needed to “check” the room. I declined due to the fact housekeeping had already been in and removed personal items. She got upset and called her husband Mack the manager, at which time we were told to leave and banned from property.

Hotel staff entered our room after the do not disturb sign came off from the wind, the house keeper threw away some very important personal items. After bringing it to the managers attention I was told she was not at fault. 2 days later after declining housekeeping the managers wife was at the door. We did have the do not disturb sign in view. We were told that because we had declined housekeeping they needed to come in and check the room. After declining them entrance for multiple reasons we were told to leave and not come back to the property. During our stay we did however notice an increased police presence. Multiple undercover officers for reasons unknown. Water was randomly shut off mid shower, this entire trip was a nightmare. I let them know I would be submitting this review and was told they expected it. My advice stay away from this hotel unless you want your room gone through while you are not in it.

We had left a do not disturb on our door. Came back late that night and found someone had been in our room, moved all of our things. Carpet cleaners had been in there, the floor was very wet. Went to the front desk due to not being able to get in room. All that the guest service agent ask for was our room number, no identification or anything. Anyone could have gone in our room. The best of our stay was the young gentleman that checked us in. Have always stayed there in the past but no more.

We were told the credit card was charged even though I selected to pay at the property and was told it was not possible. After we got in the room someone insisted to come in and clean the carpets. We told them no. There was no phone to call the desk and there were stains on the pillows on the beds.

Our first room smelt like vomit and cigarettes. But the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely some shady people stay and or live in this hotel

The hotel was great the only thing I didn’t like is that with the free breakfast you can’t take your food to your room to eat you have to sit and eat in the lobby with everyone I feel like if I pay for the room I should be able to eat where I want
