Good place to spend weekends in Nasik
It was an amazing place to spend two days, The location and view from room was great and food was delicious. found the front staff very cooperative and always ready to help. Live music in the evening was an addition to the whole ambiance.

Overall good property. The only issue was with the room availability. Checkin was at 2pm but till 330 pm the room was not available and then we were asked to go for the wine tasting since the room was being cleaned. We were able to actual get the room only by 430pm

This was our first trip with our baby. We loved the ambience. The baby loved it too. The staff especially the chef and his team catered to all the baby's dietery needs. The housekeeping staff was also efficient. Overall, it was great and we will come back with family or friends.

A good weekend stay
It was a good stay for weekend with peace & greenery around. Resort needs little better maintenance and food at it's restaurant. The restaurant above wine tasting place was good.

Amazing Location but must improve service.
It was our first time in Nasik and I was comparing this property with the Gateway but we felt that certain things were missing which should be basics for a premium property. - We had booked a suite. Suite are not designed the way they normally are. The bedroom was the same as a standard room and they had another room as a lounge but both were completely disconnected. - There was no tissue box in the room, no basic toiletries, less than required towels, no iron, no dryer. We had to ask for everything and then it was arranged. - The spa is highly recommended but again - we had a10:30 appointment and just when we were about to start, the person from the reception comes up saying that the owners daughter is coming so we will change your masseuse which I found very unprofessional. - Overall its clean, but I still found a cockroach in my bathroom. - Local area is awesome so 10/10 for that.

All good was ruined by the most weird thing
Everything about the property was great from room service to the restaurant, the wine tasting and the surrounding. However, our entire trip was marred by the one most confusing hiccup at the resort. We had booked an executive room with a bathtub but I could not use that at all since there was no hot water available in our room in the cold month of December. After repeated complaints, the most they could get us was lukewarm water after waiting for more than hour every time I had to take a bath. And for this the hotel staff gave me the most bizarre response- Since our room was the corner one, it was farther away from the main water supply hence the room wouldn't get hot water. I was cold all the time and I could not take a half decent bath during my entire stay. And what was funny was that the hotel management did not think of this as a problem. They were completely casual about one the the guests not receiving the most basic of services during the winter season. And for it was money getting purely wasted. If I did not have the use of a bathtub I would have booked the much cheaper deluxe room instead of the pricey executive room.

We stayed in executive rooms on the ground floor. Rooms were good and even had a mini-garden inside the room and even the bathroom. Everything was good, but food and the restaurant were not perfect, it was just above average.

Comfortable stay but need to streamline service
Regents Soma Vine Village is a comfortable place for a relaxed and short vacation. Though there is not much to do except for the wine tasting and exploring the vinyards. The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and the staff are available to help when required. However, service delay is an issue and this needs to be fixed. Certain basic items and toiletries were missing in our room. We were made to wait for 30 minutes before check-in and welcome drink was not served until asked. The wine lounge is ok but needs renovation of interiors, it doesn’t resonate like a lounge per se. Wine tasting and tour was a simple affair and ok. Overall the place is good with a nice view of the lake at a distance and vinyards. Service needs to be spruced for the price they charge.

Dit hotel gekozen vanwege de wijngaarden. Dat valt tegen als je al eens zoiets in europa gezien hebt. Het zwembad is onbruikbaar zelfs bij een buiten temperatuur van 30 graden is het water ijskoud. Let op de prijzen in het restaurant! Waar overal in India 5% tax wordt gerekend is dat hier 25%. Er wordt groot reklame gemaakt voor 20% happy hour korting maar dat bleek niet voor ons wel voor indiers!?
