Check in was extremely underwhelming. The host didn’t introduce himself, ask any questions or offer any information. Handed over the key and said room is paid. Not good enough when all the other hotels are a fountain of knowledge and bend over backwards to make you feel welcome. Having said that, the room was clean and spacious and reasonably close to the city centre.

Dear Andi, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. This does not reflect our usual standards, and we take your feedback seriously. Your host was on training and as per his first day at reception he remained polite, provided clear directions to all guests and remained professional throughout the day despite being full house/extremely busy and being nervous. I do understand that not everyone is appreciable of trainees efforts however we would love to host you back again with tons of information next time that you might have missed during this visit.

Comfortable, easy stay at Country Roads Motor Inn.
Lovely hosts at Country Roads Motor Inn Naracoorte. Helpful when asked for recommendations for family friendly dinner. Room was comfortable and clean, price was good for family room. Easy check in and out. Thank you.

Lovely staff. Comprehensive facilities. Good value for money. It is in a convenient location, near to shops and restaurants and close to the Naracoorte caves, which we visited. We only stayed one night but would be happy to return.

The room was huge and very accommodating with a microwave, wardrobe, large bathroom. Such a relaxing and comfortable night stay - would highly recommend this motel to everyone travelling.

The best stay
This is the go to place when we are in Naracoote. As usual, friendly staff, comfortable room, top-notch cleanliness, super nice bed. The sofa is new and doesnt sinks when you sit. Love the place and will return.
