Perfect for a city stay or for airport access via the alibus. It's at the far end of Garibaldi square, away from the crowds and noise by the station. Rooms are great value and rooftop view is wonderful. Breakfast buffet was great.

Our stay here was disappointing and we won’t be returning. The shower had dead bugs, mold and rodent droppings. Pillow cases had holes in them. Washroom was disgusting and we were not pleased one bit. The toilet flush caused a lot of ruckus in the room.

Great place for the price! Nice clean rooms and really wonderful breakfast. Super convenient to the train station and car rental. We did not park there, we rented after our stay. Request a courtyard room if you can.

El edifico está muy cercano a la terminal de Nápoles pero es una zona muy insegura. Hay mucho comercio ambulante y muchos carteristas. En la noche hay mucho ruido del sonido de los claxons de los autos. Yo me quedé un domingo y el ruido no se terminó si no hasta la media noche. El cuarto era para una persona y había 3 camas individuales. Las paredes estaban resanadas, el aspecto en general de las instalaciones era muy malo.

Dahiana is very friendly and extremely helpful. She make everything clear and easy for us during the check in process. She also recommended a great local restaurant for us. I’ll pick this hotel again if I come back to the city.

What I like was the location, and what did disappointed me was the reception staff. Also I didn't sleep my last night there because of a guest that checked in around midnight next door.

The staff were great but the property is in a very bad area. Definitely go to a different area high crime high traffic and limited shops that actually serve real Italian experience. I would highly recommend going to a different area

The structure is located close to the train station. It’s convenient. Nearby there is a bakery where you find The sfogliatella a must thing to taste before leaving Naples. Pizzeria Da Michele is a 10 min walking distance if you want to taste one of the best pizza in town. Thanks

Near to Naples Centrale Station. Huge building. New, clean, modern, spacious room. Counter staff were very polite, especially Andrea who was very friendly. Upon knowing that we are from Singapore, he connected with us by telling us he used to live in Singapore when he was younger. Naples was our first destination for our 17-day Italian trip. He made us feel at home. The area this hotel is located did not seem safe. Rowdy and lots of foreign-looking people hanging around at night.

Adequate low cost hotel
The hotel is super convenient to the train station for travel to Pompeii and the museums. The rooftop sitting area has a great view. There is adequate elevator. The condition of the building is below average and the neighborhood is dirty with drug dealing in plain sight. It’s a very good option for tough people on a budget, but staying a few blocks to the west for a few dollars more is worth it if you have any worries about crime or grime.

How can you not like a property that has a 24 hour desk with smiling faces to greet you every time you come in. Hotel is on the main square outside the rail station. Close to everything and a central pick up point for alot of tours. Would stay there again.

Located very close to the train terminal very convenient but the surroundings not that nice, the room is clean, mattress good, the breakfast is simple but ok (crowded), the internet is not that good, staff always helpful.

We chose this property because we were catching a FlixBus the next morning. It is perfectly positioned for travel from Napoli Centrale or the bus station. Our room and bathroom were spacious. We had two tiny balconies (not big enough for sitting) and the hotel has a lift. The bed was very comfortable, water hot and WiFi good. The lobby has a couple of vending machines but other than that there is no food outlet. There are cafes and restaurants close by and you are able to bring food back into the hotel. Tables and chairs are just off the lobby and there is a rooftop terrace where you can eat as well. The views from the terrace are amazing. Staff where friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for it’s proximity to transport but not necessarily for the area.

Bad area , very noisy, the door to the balcony was broken and would not lock, the safe would not lock, the staff finally came up but could fix either one. No windows only a small balcony door. Asked to move to another room and they said they did not have a balcony room to move me. I paid for 3 days and left the hotel after one night. The worst room I’ve ever had. Hotel front desk was useless. Very bad area.

Good value -for-money hotel right in the centre of Naples , close to Naples Central station , local train services he Metro and bus routes , including the one to and from the airoport (Fare -5 Euros ) My double-room on the first floor was fine with no views outside ,but also largely free from the noise of the busy city . I paid 8 Euros for a good breakfast spread daily though would have preferred hard-boiled eggs to the scrambled ones which I found rather dry .Hot and cold drinks and snacks are available in the foyer by the main entrance. There are numerous reasonably-priced eating places in the square and at Napoli Centrale, The staff were fine .My only complaint is the tv ,which you have to link to an app on your phone ,which is payable after 72 hours .-I didn't bother ! I had no problems with the wi-fi. Overall I would happily recommend the hotel , and would stay there again . even though some people might be put off a liitle by the nearby presence of asylum -seekers in the square .Personally ,i never felt unsafe ,though Naples as a whole has a reputation for pickpockets , like most major cities these days.NB there's a nice view over the city from the terrace at the top of the hotel ,where I saw Vesuvius for the first time !

We loved this hotel and will definitely comeback. I was a little skeptical at first because it was very inexpensive, so I was expecting that is was going to be just average, but it is actually really good, clean and quiet. The building has been renovated but keeps the charm of an old building. Breakfast was delicious and there was good variety of food. It is practically at walking distance from Napoli Centrale ( you just walk across Piazza Garibaldi, takes like 5 min). They call you the taxi from the reception at any time and they have a fixed rate for the airport. The reception is 24/7, staff was nice and speak several languages. I just realized this is a hotel chain, I will know look for them in other cities for future travels. A note apart, if you are looking for delicious lunch or dinner from this hotel, go to Gaetano Adamo pizzeria around the corner, best pizza we ate in whole Italy, and the place is cheap.

This hotel provides great access to the train station. I will say the area around the train station is not the prettiest, and at night can feel a little unsafe. The room was pretty spacious but the a/c wasn’t strong enough for my liking. Price is super reasonable, but it’s mostly a place to stay for convenience.

Amazing stay from start to finish. Easy check in and option of stairs or using the lift to get to my room. The hotel was clean and well presented . Considering the location , I slept so well as the room was double glazed and good lined curtains . Comfortable bed and pillows and lovely and spacious room. Air conditioning was a god send. The staff were so friendly and were able to help with directions to the places o needed to get to. The view from the terrace was magical and definitely not to be missed if you stay there . One morning I had the breakfast and there was such a wide variety of items from fruit to eggs to cater for all breakfast needs. I’ll definitely be booking to stay again
