Overall pretty good, good location and easy walking distant. My fridge didnt work at all and wasnt able to tell anyone as reception was unmanned majority of the time i was there. Aside from that it was good

The room (3) was clean and tidy, but fairly obviously still old and tired in some parts; bathroom been re-tiled? but vanity structure edge-flawed - No soap holder in shower - No shower curtain so water spread to slipperiness level - Fan switch did nothing - Two ceiling lights in lounge area did not turn on - impossible to contact anyone after six-ish in the evening, and very LATE start up next morning.

Hard to rate as Reception was unattended when I arrived and departed so I didn’t meet anyone. The room was pleasant and comfortable but the shelf above the bench hadn’t been cleaned for a while.

We had a great stay, 6 women for 2 nights, attending a 40th party nearby!! Everything was good when we arrived, apart from not enough towels, loo paper & blankets but as soon as I spoke to the very efficient staff all was rectified with no problem at all!! Will stay here again definitely!!!

Nice sized room with kitchenette. Good parking. never saw a staff member at all. Tea and coffee provided but no milk? Carpet was filthy and the mattress was AWFUL!!!! The inside had completely collapsed and sunk down to nothing.... way passed its sell by date and in desperate need of replacing.

I love how spacious the studios are. Very tidy surroundings. Recommend this motel to anyone. Maybe cushion outside balcony chairs especially for winter seasons.

Easy to access. Reasonably quiet considering it’s near a main road. The room was basic. We couldn’t access the wifi and there was no response from reception in spite of us calling and texting. Curtains were hanging off the rails in places, areas that hadn’t been dusted in a while. Not much sound proofing between rooms. Overall not bad for the cost I guess but certainly some room for improvement.

The shower in the bathroom wet the whole floor badly and it was very very slippery. The water lay on the floor and didn't go down the waste hole very efficiently

The property itself was spacious and comfortable so I’d recommend for travellers who want space and separate rooms. However we didn’t have hot water on the first day/night. The curtains and general furniture were a little worn and tattered in places and the aircon wasn’t very cold. A few stains on sheets and pillow cases too, but the beds were very comfortable.

We found the tradies staying in the units near us were very noisy waking us at around 6am. Also we found no dishcloth or tea towel in the unit to wash and dry the dishes....very poor. We don't think we will return.

Everything was excellent once I’d been logged on to the internet. I found the set up procedure a bit complicated, but that just be me. Apart from that slight hiccup, everything was very comfortable. No complaints.

Whilst the room was large , it’s quite dated with mouldy ripped net curtains and the big walk in shower/ ensuite is unsafe. The fan was not adequate to take out all the condensation and with the shower spraying water to a large part of the floor the whole of the tiled floor became wet and slippery so extreme care was needed. I just felt it was an accident waiting to happen.

Unfortunately, no-one was at the property upon arrival. There was a phone number provided on the door but no-one answered when I phoned, twice. Someone did eventually phone back and informed me that the room was open. An email or text ahead of time would have been appreciated.
