As for the 45 a night for the destination fee, it covers all the extra amenities we had available, like the wine hour, breakfast, concierge assistance, self-parking, and access to the pool/hot tub area.I do hope that you come back to us again on your next Napa Valley trip.

Sadly, I was greatly disappointed by my experience at Senza. The property was under construction, which was not advertised. The included breakfast was advertised as being from Bouchon, whereas what was put out looked like items you would purchase from Safeway. Access to electric chargers for vehicles were also problematic. There was no easy access to ice, due to the construction, and there were cobwebs in the corners of our room. Paying a resort fee in these conditions is somewhat laughable. The staff were very kind and as accommodating as they could be.

I want to first thank you for taking the time to do the survey and give you feedback. I am sorry to hear that your stay was so dissatisfying. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and a relaxing getaway. We are baking our own pastries now instead of using a bakery and we have not had Bouchon in a few years, if there is a pastry that you would prefer next time please let me know, I can have the kitchen bake something up. As far as the construction, I apologize that you were not notified.As we fell short during this visit, I have refunded 25% of you stay back, which will be refunded with in 10-15 business days. And all three of your destination fees have been refunded to your Amex in the amount of 135.I do hope you give our beautiful, updated property another chance in the future, it really has just turned out perfect. Please let me know next time you are in the area. Thank you

Upon arrival - you are steered toward a tiny room and checked in at a folding table. Rooms are fine, but there is considerable LOUD construction going on at the property which goes from 8a-4p 7 days a week. The pool is miniscule and was dirty two of the days we were there. While the staff tried to accomodate us and offered some compensation - it was extremely disappointing to have our vacation marred by the above - especially when no notice was given regarding the impact the construction would have on visitors.

I wish we would have been told with more anticipation that the obey was under construction. We were told the day before. Otherwise the facilities and room are amazing. Will definitely be back.

The patio was dusty and had cobwebs on the furniture. The room was hot when we came in. I booked a garden view but there is no view. However, the staff were nice and friendly.

My husband and I chose this hotel for our weekend getaway as the place we typically stat at was fully booked and we couldn’t be happier. I think we found ourselves new favorite place in the area. Everything went very smooth from the check-in all the way to the check-out, the hotel was very nice, clean, modern and so cozy. We stayed at the room with the vineyard view and it was beautiful. We are definitely stating again in the future.

Not worth the price
Very friendly staff but pics don’t look like hotel. Felt like it was really overpriced. Lobby was sad and small, gym was two machines, pool okay but also small. For the price, I expected a lot more. Breakfast was also super disappointing and there were no towels at the pool. Lastly, there is construction, so bit of an eye sore.

A very nice place to stay in Napa.
A very nice place to stay in Napa. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary upgrade. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was good especially the mimosa but the breakfast area is too small. I know that it’s under construction so I’m sure the place will be different once it’s all done. I recommend this place and will be back!

Nice stay but expensive for what it is.
Breakfast was nice, simple offerings that do the job. Coffee and water all day in lobby is nice. Bedroom is sparse looks cozier online. Lovely balcony with view. Tv remote did not work properly. Everything else was fine but not really worth the high nightly rate.

Great location and super dog friendly. Walking distance to Don Giovanni restaurant and Ashes and Diamonds Winery. Outdoor hot tub is a plus. And outdoor hot tub was great.

the staff was excellent and the hotel was very nice. It is close to Hwy 29 so there is some vehicle noise and headlights at night. One battery charging station which it would be better to have more or at least not allow people to plug in and leave their car in the charging spot far beyond when their car is fully charged. Unfortunately, there are those who are completely inconsiderate. It's all about them and the hell with others.
