"It took over 45 minutes for me to check in when I made the purchase through Expedia and was only a few blocks away. And there was no hot water when I tried to go use the hot tub. It was closed down. The remodel is very clean. The property looks very nice and I enjoyed yoga. But seriously, who thinks they can rent a hotel room without hot water?"

"We travelled deom Toronto and stayed here with our two children (5and 7). We stayed in a upgraded room! Complimentary of the hotel, what a pleasant surprise they did for us! The room was nice and comfortable. Hotel grounds were great! They had s'mores for sale at the reception and a couple bbq pits out back. Everyone was so friendly at this resort. Our favorite part were the two hotsprings and hot tub. One of the hotsprings was shallow enofor ny kids to enjoy and the larger deeper one was nice!...
