The apartment itself was very comfortable, however, despite having 6 weeks notice that my flight arrived in Nantes at 9pm, I was sent a message on the afternoon of the first day of my stay (while I was at the airport waiting to get on the plane) saying that despite having received payment in full for the two night stay, they would not give me a key as they didn't have a copy of my credit card. The phone number for the hotel was not answered despite 20 calls. Hotels. Com did not help either despite speaking to an agent while boarding the plane.
I was forced to drive around Nantes for 3 hours trying to find alternative accommodation, finally booking in to Novotel at 12.30 am at a cost of 125 euros
On day two, I was finally allowed to book in to Zenitude, who gave no apology, no refund and didn't want a copy of my credit card.
Don't bother booking these apartments
