"I have issues with this hotel, although our stay is comfortable. My card was charged for a ¥990 transaction which I have no idea what it was. It wasn't the deposit of ¥1200 which was refunded to my card. This transaction was actually billed! I went to their official website to email for a billing invoice but the email address listed: novotel@novotel-nanjing-central.com was an invalid email address that bounced back.
