"Despite checking in at 6 pm and telling them to put in an extra bed and towels etc when we returned at 10pm nothing was done. Old used soap was in the bathroom and no towels or extra bed was arranged: it was done after we came back. The blankets did not have the usual white linen covers and hence were very uncomfortable and itchy. We were promised a heater when we checked in but were told all heaters have been forgotten at some other site! The bon fire and singers came and started at 11 pm when...

"It was very quite and clean place. The rooms were tidy and clean. The tens were large size with comfy beds. The only thing i did not like was cultural even was conflicting with dinner time. Maybe change Cultural event to a little bit late or move it near to dinner place. "

"It really is an oasis and perfectly located outside Bhuj city centre. The hotel is quite new so everything is in immaculate condition. The staff all do their best to make every guest comfortable. I am grateful to Mr Sumit at the restaurant who was very attentive and helpful whenever I dined there. A shame the hammam and gym were closed, but otherwise, it was a very nice stay."
