Great modern hotel. Very attentive staff. Very close to Nagasaki station. Upgrade to an Executive room was worth it for the lounge access.

Room was well laid out. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Appreciated that they were able to switch our room to one with a bay view. Only bad thing was the Macron cookies we bought there were stale.

The staff we met are all very nice and helpful! The room is spacious and the hotel is very near to the parking building. We will choose Hilton Nagasaki when we visit Nagasaki again!

Room was very spacious and had a stylish design. Service was very attentive. Amazing buffet breakfast with several good vegetarian options. The lounge happy hour had very reasonable drink prices.

This a wonderful stunningly beautiful property attached to the convention center and located across the street from the Train Station. The room itself had a beautiful clean modern design. The bed and comforter were top of line. Had a great night sleep every night I was there. I highly recommend the hotel.

After long days of sightseeing, it was wonderful to soak in the spacious sixth floor Japanese bath. So relaxing. The breakfast buffet had so many food choices - both Japanese and Western. Never went out the door hungry. Especially liked the cooked to order omelettes. Front desk service was attentive and took the time to thoughtfully answer questions, provide detailed directions, even looked up something I could not find on the internet. I did get a pair of pants laundered and - while not cheap - they were done on time and neatly pressed and waiting in my room when I got back as promised. The rooms were spacious even by American hotel standards and positively huge by those in Japan.

Extremely stylish room with sliding screens to isolate the bathroom if required. Very convenient location next to station and not far to buses and trams. Good breakfast buffet and excellent service all round

Best Hilton Hotel
We stayed at the Hilton Nagasaki for one night of our 21 day tour of Japan. We were warmly welcomed at the hotel on arrival. The room was beautiful with amazing views. We stayed in a top floor bedroom with access to the lounge where we had the most enjoyable breakfast the following morning. We so wished that we could have stayed longer.

New hotel. Well connected!
We booked this hotel especially for the view of the harbour we got from our corner unit, as we had 2 windows offering us almost 180 degree view. Connected right next to the train station was so convenient and we had easy access to trams and other trains to connect to attractions. It took us about 15-20 mins to get to Atomic Museum by tram. The plus point was that the room here was larger than the others we had for this trip. There was no washing machine, probably because it was more a business hotel. Overall, I really liked this hotel as It was quiet but near enough and easily connected to major attractions. There is great walkway around the harbour which you can take all the way to the seaside park, which I jogged on as well. Nice way to take in the view.

A new hotel with moden design and good facilities. Proximity to mall, restaurants and convenience store. Close to nagasaki station but not noisy because this is not a busy station. Parking is next to hotel at a rate of 2000 yen per night.

Great hotel and location. Room was decent sized and had a tremendous view. Hotel looked new and was in 30 minute walking range of many of the major touring sites.

Stayed four nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. Brand new hotel with a wonderful location next to the train station. Easy access to the tram for visiting the a-bomb sites, and the rest of the sites are walkable. Staff were excellent and freindly. Loved the onsen baths available to guests. Breakfast buffet choices were very good and there were a wide variety of items to choose from (both Japanese and Western cuisines). Room was spacious and very nicely decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. Would love to return to this hotel again.

赤ちゃん連れで宿泊。ベビーベッドなどの貸し出しもあり非常に満足した滞在になりました。
