The hotel staff was phenomenal, I can’t express how sad we were to leave because we felt like we got to see and talk to them a lot and became quite close. Everyone was so friendly and sweet and helpful. Loved how close the bus stop was and easy it was to get to the town and back. The Spa experience was truly wonderful. It has a large pool with many sunbathing beds and lunge chairs. The hotel room a perfect size and the bed was super comfortable. "This stay was just what I needed. The only reason I knocked a star off is because every time I took a shower, water leaked everywhere and I had to use all my towels to soak it up. Other than that, stay was nice and close to the main town."

"Our problem was that on arrival we were told that we had been upgraded. We assumed it was for the whole week we were there but it was only for 3 nights. After that we were in 2 different rooms. We had to insist that after only one might in a room, our next room would be for the remaining 3 nights. We are both elderly and need consistency. Perhaps initially a different room was found for us because the booked room was down many steep steps. But the "upgrade" was not made clear. Nobody wants to go...

"Great location, center of Mykonos town. Slightly hard to find, entry off a side street. Staff very helpful. Room was nice, modern style. Only concern was open shower in toilet room, have to was on knees to keep half of room dry! Otherwise a good value."
