We had paid for three nights to stay at the hotel and we have a call from my son that we needed to get back to Colorado for a family emergency. We had to check out on Saturday and we did it at 10:45 a.m. and when I talked to the front desk the lady told me that I need to call hotels.com I called them to try to get my refund back then I got a email today stating that the hotel is not going to refund my money. Which is completely not ok why is it thay they get to keep my money when i didnt then stay in there room. I will be fighting this threw n threw.

Harsh lighting. Minimal breakfast
The beds were comfortable. The lighting in the room was harsh, bright bluish white light, and the room had a funny smell at first. The breakfast was disappointing, with no fresh food, only prepackaged - grab and go.

Covid has really given the hotel industry a good excuse for poor (free) breakfast. They either need to advertise very limited or just stop saying they have it and cut the fee out of the price.

The ad said free full breakfast. It was only continental and the front desk guy didn’t know anything. Not friendly at all. But the place looked nice and clean probably wouldn’t stay here again

Not a pleasant greeting, difficult to understand. Had to call for wifi later, not given at brief checkin.
Lights way too bright, like sleeping under Vegas lights.
Way too much noisy traffic at all times.
Worst visit on our extended journey.

At the time of my stay they were remodeling therefore it was loud throughout the whole night up until 1 AM and then it restarted again at about 5 AM I’m sure they’ll be finishing soon but it is very beautiful inside very beautifully remodeled I would recommend it and I would stay there again myself. Hopefully by then they should be finished. The breakfast was really the only negative thing basically all sugary really nothing that healthy.
