Ramee stay, Qurm
I have stayed many times prior to this and have always found it good value. Checking it took a bit longer than normal, which was surprising. That aside, everything was fine.

Nice time, goof service.
I had a pleasant stay at Ramee Guestline. Hotel was just steps away from the beach in a more quiet part of town. Service was great and the real bonus was the Rock Bottom Bar & Grill directly in the hotel. The food there was excellent! Would stay again.

It was near to the Sea and had 3 restaurants in the hotel. 2 of them were Indian food and other one was kind of pub type restaurant. There were no good restaurants or shops near by. Reception staff and the front desk manager were very helpful. However cleaning and house keeping were not up to standard. Very quite and okay to walk near the sea side during 7pm to 10pm because it was not too hot at that time.

Excellent hotel in many ways which would benefit from an outside garden eating and drinkiing area and also a more imaginative poolside environment.However I thoroughly enjoyed my stay particularlly the themed Rock Bottom Cafe bar on the ground floor.

My exeperience at Ramee Guestline
Although I have requested a queen double bed but they gave me a room with two beds and I should wait a while until they found me another room. In addition, the Internet was very bad in the room. As for the breakfast I found it horrible as it is Indian style and no quality variety of cheese served.

i had to change the hotel coz of its noise , and rooms were smelly , old Amenities , rude staff, the WiFi was super bad as i had to sit on the door to use it, when i complain no one takes any action, if u r looking for comfort never visit this hotel as it is noisy coz of club, the breakfast was ok, this hotel doesn't deserve 4 star. bad experience to stay in this hotel,

The room we booked was not what we were given
Upon arrival we were given a room which did not match our booking, after trying to explain this to the very rude staff, we met the manager who said the room we booked did not exist and that it was Expedias fault for advertising the room and we had to take up the issue with Expedia, after a lot of persuasion we got another room which was not what we wanted but after being on the road all day it had to do .

GOOD STAY, BUT.....
To a traveler such as me, never having been to a particular location, I would often, as in this case, contact the hotel myself to arrange the advertized airport pickup. Expedia does not offer this contact info so I had to search myself for it online. This hotel's web site is not so very good, and I tried twice via email to contact them regarding pickup at the airport. You guessed it, they never responded. Too difficult to respond, or indifferent. I am offended in this electronic day and age when a company cannot hire someone competent enough to reply by the clicks of a few keys. The techie nerds that designed how emails work made it as simple as possible. The is no excuse for not replying. The same techie nerds invented google translate, just in case there is a language barrier.. It too can be operated by anyone that knows which way their underwear goes on. I thought I was booking a full service hotel. Sure, I took a cab, but had I known that I would have saved much time and anticipation by not trying to contact them. If you too would like the peace of mind of landing at a strange airport knowing there is a ride awaiting you, then book another hotel. Plenty of them to choose from. That is why the good ones will go the extra mile for the customer. Unfortunately one does not find this out until after the fact.

Clean room, but small in size. Old furniture but maintained in good condition. Shower in bathroom was very disappointing. Food choice really poor, I recommend to eat outside. Close to Qurum beach. Can get taxi easily, but taxi will cost you a lot, because hotel located a little bit far from all landmarks. Friendly staff in general, but not always. Air conditioner noise is so loud that you have to turn it off to be able to sleep, A/C regulator didn't work properly. WiFi signal very weak, I could hardly connect to it from my room. I'll will not book this hotel again.

Long weekend road trip
I appreciated the fresh fruit every morning. Breakfast buffet was ok. My weekend didn't start off well as we made the booking a month in advance and requested king beds, and rooms had to be next to each other. We are scattered with two double beds. I had a disagreement with reception and he was quite annoyed with the requests. However after 30 minutes we were moved and the group was together again.Hotel location was fantastic for our morning walks along the beach and a quick dip.

Spacious suite (2 bedroom, living room) for a family with older children. Very clean. Convenient location. Very satisfactory breakfast included with room was a big plus.
