Ideal spot @ JuhuStar
It was a comfortable stay and I have done it possibly thrice now. I can recommend that it’s a safe place and it has all stores at your finger point. It’s an ideal location where you can get a good night rest.

The staff and their services are commendable but facility conditions are falling down and rather poor. Several leakages, noises were observed. A lot of essential items were unavailable in the kitchen.

Staff was the worst. Seems like they didn’t care for their customers. Waited long time for toothpaste. Didn’t get the correct room.

It was clean and the service was excellent - if called for. The food from the attached restaurant was very nice not to mention being conveniently close. Everything was as advertised and I would be happy to go back there.

Nothing like the pictures. Room is super small. Washroom is really small too and not clean. Towels are all dirty. Had to ask houseleeping to change towels 2-3 times daily and still ended up with dirty towels every time. Location is average too, far form everything.

Staff friendly and helpful. We got the appartment style because we booked two rooms, so it was fantastic to have a living room and kitchen. Overall it was clean and everythinf went smooth fron check in to check out.

Loud aircon. Mediocre hotel.
The aircon was so loud. Hardly slept. Rickety lift. Breakfast was good. Staff are nice. Personally I would rather pay a little extra and get some sleep.

A very average hotel with all the basics. Very convenient location. Rooms were clean and neat. Had an issue with the aircon that was not working which was sorted promptly. Staff were very helpful.

Great Place,but Reception Desk to get Act in Order
Great place to stay, very central to everything. They didn’t have rooms for us on the first night, got shipped across town, an hour in cab to middle of no where. Food and bar exceptional. Reception , order cabs morning before leaving, lady said fine, no problem. When we returned that night, thought I’ll just check cabs are booked. Chap on desk, sorry I have no record of cabs being booked, and unfortunately cannot cannot book any. Had to wake neice at 6 am following morning to book two Uber’s

I wish the staff was more professional.
Since there are many travellers everyday, hotel isn't much bothered about maitaining the standards. Some commercial exhibitions are done in the non commercial rooms next to you. So be prepared to hear all the disturbance from early morning to very late at night. The sewage in the bathrooms is terribly bad. The breakfast and the attendants serving the same are worth all the frustration.

Avoidable
Had put up close family friends for a night and was embarassed beyond words at the quality of stay and service. Clogging of washrooms, smell in linnen and run down property with inadequate water for in-room tea maker. Doubt whether I can recommend or ever think of repeat booking. Best avoided.

Four friends looking for place near the airport
Came across this place while looking for a cheap rooms for one night not too far from the airport with also tourist things to do nearby. Staff were kind enough to give us a free upgrade to the deluxe room. Good location, good service and great price. Would recommend!!

Great Juhu hotel, conveniently located
We had an enjoyable experience at this hotel. Great service, brilliant Indian cuisine breakfast ( as well as continental- but when in India...) and closely located to shops and Juhu beach. Santa Cruz market and train station is a quick and fun rickshaw ( or taxi) ride away and the beach is across the main road. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

Very basic, old, dated, on crowded road.
Booked in a one bedroom apartment. Lots of space but so old and dated. Kitchen was big but all utensils were locked up including spoon, forks and knives. Called housekeeping for spoons. No spoons till breakfast downstIrs was over. Big spoons, no tea spoons. Very dirty old ladles and cooking utensils. Room had oldest furniture possible. Beds were not bad. Bathroom mat in the shower was dirty and old. Towels were old. Toilet flush had to be held down for several seconds to flush completely!!!! Toilet rolls although any amount were bad. Saturday and Sunday morning wedding drums woke us up at 7am. Photographs on Expedia showed different..............did not complain on first day becausse no point. right. Where would we go in crowded Mumbai!? Hotel staff polite. Pretty good breakfast. Close to boutiques and shopping.

I loved it! I was there for a 4 night quick business/solo-getaway/social trip. Hotel is an amazing location in Mumbai, central to most hotspots. Almost walking steps from the popular Juhu Beach! I could also hail a local taxi or auto scooter off the street at any hour of the day or night. A small convenient store across the store has local Sims for sales and registration right away so the moment I checked into hotel, I walked over and got my own sim instantly. The shop also has snacks and daily amenities at local cheap rates so saved me much hassle and costs. Daily complimentary buffet breakfast was worthy. Hotel also has a tea cafe downstairs which was a cool place to chill. Best part to me was the value for the money I got esp in that location! I could do meetings in city and return to room to nap or take a break before doing other works. Short ride to the popular andheri infinity mall. Room itself was spacious along with separate kitchenette area with stove and refrigerator. I loved how friendly the reception staff and housekeeping guy was. Housekeeping guy would always do my room exactly when I'd go out in the short 30/40 mins window of opening I'd tell him. FYI next time, I'd tell them to keep some one-time foot slippers for guests in rooms as is customary in hotels! One reasonable inconvenience was the intermittent service of the cable TV which has a lot of western channels, but the hdma card/cable service wasnt regular! I'd still go back to this hotel happily!! 100%
