Sorry for your worst experience with us. But actually we have not given you the check in just because you have came with double in a single occupancy booking.You can come again with a double occupancy booking so that we can rectify the issue by giving you a A grade service.

It was pleasant stay and staff are friendly. Cleanliness of the room was fine but the towels with stains.
