The bathroom and toilet was dirty. The washbasin had stains. The towels provided had black stains. The room curtains did not cover the windows fully. The price paid for a room in this condition was way too high.

Hidden gem near highway
This hotel offers comfort, the basic amenities but also additional thoughtful things, such as an ironing station and includes a restaurant and bar. Room service was prompt. Menu has enough veg and non veg items. However, they lacked fresh pineapple juice which I as listed, only had canned. Same issue for breakfast, only fresh watermelon juice. There needs to be more than 1 fresh fruit juice offered. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with an omelette/dosa/pancake station. Again, only melon /watermelon offered. No other fresh fruit available. A hotel of this caliber should have more than cheap watermelon to offer its guests. Aside from this, very pleasant and prompt staff. Comfortable bed. It's a decent value for money stay if you are traveling for business as this is more like a no-frill hotel with basics in place. Breakfast is decent as the overall spread. Check-in process is fast and they gave me an early check-in at 10 am without having to request. Keep your original ID as they dont accept digi-locker which is also government approved and accepted nationally but this hotel wont accept it and they need a physical aadhar card or other id. Try and keep your personal toiletries as the ones provided in hotel are not very promising. Rooms are clean overall. They have a separate iron-room so you can walk a few steps out of your room to iron your clothes. 1. The bathroom drain was completely clogged and water was an inch high after 5 mins of shower. For my 3-days stay, I had to pack all my stuff back so I can move to a different room the next day. A bit hassled with this. 2. Noise in the Rooms area: Some repair staff was doing activity in the evening for more than an hour until I went and requested them to stop and resume in next day noon time when its convenient for all. 3. Poor room-dining experience. Received wrong item first and secondly the replacement came in after almost an hour.

Very good breakfast, good dining options. Staff are very pleasing and helpful. There were lots of noise from the neighboring room in the middle of the night. Could not have peaceful sleep in two nights because of that. I will suggest you make some hotel policy to maintain quietness at least during nigh time. Overall good expereince.

Like- Quiet, reasonably clean, comfortable bed. Dislike- Due to a glitch in the system (as per the manager), a faulty bill was generated. I was assured that a correct bill will be mailed to me within 10-15 mins. But even after 24 hrs, i am yet to receive the corrected bill which I absolutely need to submit at my office. Very limited in room dining options

Rooms are small but doesn't feel congested, washroom is fitted and feels small; however the room needs little soundproofing and some ventilation especially on 6th floor smoking rooms. Room facilities and cleanliness is good.. Can order food from swiggy/zomato but will have to collect from the entrance.. Reception/front desk gave mixed experiences, good as well as rude. I was assigned a non_smoking room by mistake, when I went to the reception, this lady was very rude and told me will have to wait for 2 hrs as if it was my mistake.. However the person who checked me in fortunately saw me n assigned a room within 5mins.

The property is located on a busy street! Rides are easy to catch. Staff are amazing and very responsive! Variety of choices for breakfast everyday! ( i was given breakfast on the house for my entire stay😀!!!!!) Rooms are clean! Housekeeping keeps it tidy everyday! I was really impressed! Indeed an international hotel! The location is not that great and there aren't too many good restaurants in the area. There is a mall nearby but it is about 6km away. The place is ok for a one day stay but not great for longer stays.

The hotel is located in Industrial Area. Expect some dirty roads and surrounding. The property is neatly maintained. The rooms are clean. The lobbies can be cleaner though. The buffet spread at lunch and dinner is not that great for the price they charge. Overall decent hotel for 1-2 nights stay during business trip.

As expected the breakfast was a disaster, baked beans what a joke, black eyed beans that were not cooked & rock hard (see picture) bread rolls filled with a children's snack inside (see picture) no idea how to fry eggs (see picture) omelettes like rubber discs with grass in, boiled eggs either overcooked or raw, until a young lady called Pallavi came to my rescue, she instructed the cooks (not one I would call a Chef) how to boil an egg & at last it came out perfect, as usual so many useless staff instead of employing less but ones that can do the job, 5 like Pallavi would be enough, instead of the numerous, boys dressed like Chef's but cannot cook the basic things. Loud disco music at breakfast time also not good. The hotel in general ok, needs updating & refurbishment, but until then it is overpriced. The bar area that never has any customers has prices that would be correct for the Ritz hotel in London but not an Ibis in the jungle. Well done Pallavi excellent service & cooking, you deserve promotion immediately. Wake up management!!!!

The hotel is situated at a prime location which is right on Thane Belapur highway. This road at times gets clogged with traffic however, the hotel does not have much control over it. During my stay here, I enjoyed the facilities at the restaurant. Staff at the restaurant were courteous and offered great service. Front office staff were helpful and concerned that the guest had a comfortable stay at hotel. Joshua at the front office was very helpful in guiding me around and I observed that he was like that to all the hotel guest. Hotel security was excellently maintained. The security staff, especially Mr Vijay and Ms Amrapali whom I often met, always greeted me with with a warm friendly smile and helped me with my bags during the security scan. On the day of my departure, they helped me to load in my luggage into the Taxi. All in all, I have had an excellent stay at IBIS Navi Mumbai and would chose to stay at this hotel again if I were to come to Navi Mumbai again. The famous Inorbit Mall is a short distance ride from the hotel. One can enjoy shopping here and relax at the coffee shops.

Hotel is well located if you have work in Navi Mumbai or in Thane. It is a value for money place. The reception staff was very friendly and courteous. The restaurant food was quite average - it was fun to make dosas using the dosamatic machine at breakfast. Foot massage machine was good to use and thoughtfully provided. Restaurant staff could be more attentive and pleasant. The room mattress for me was too soft. Rest of the amenities were good. AC and bath exhaust could be better.

WONDERFUL STAY!
Best Ibis I stayed at to date. My room was facing the hills and not the highway, which made for a more quiet and peaceful setting. The food was exceptional, the buffets had a good selection. The service from the front desk to the dining room to the room cleaning staff was amazing. Everyone friendly! I was very impressed with this hotel. I will readily make this my regular hotel in Navi Mumbai!
