“Excellent service, clean and friendly staff!!”

Very friendly staff who were very professional and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was very clean and the room were big with all the facilities you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Me and my wife felt relaxed and comfortable. The swimming pool, sauna and stream room were very clean and just right for a relaxing couple of days. We did have breakfast as a additional item and I couldn't complain about the buffet breakfast. It was excellent and a wide range of items to select from. The hotel was very close to the airport and to travel to the Gateway of India took about 1 hour 20 mins. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have a quite time and enjoy the luxury of a 5 star hotel.

This was a brief transit stopover but the staff could not have been more helpful and efficient. It's a modern hotel so really good interiors and common areas and a fabulous room with walk in shower.There is also a lovely pool area should you have any time to spare. Buffet breakfast was an excellent international affair and once again the helpfulness of the staff was really noticeable. We had a slight issue with the necessary paperwork to enable us to get back into Mumbai airport the following morning so the wonderful Zuber was despatched to accompany us and get the help we needed to be sure we were allowed entry. That's what I call service. Well done Hyatt Regency - we were really impressed !
