Comfortable & Safe Stay!
Very good rooms & worth visiting it especially for couples and friend groups. Also the food was really good.

The customer service desk was managed friendly and helpful staff, but due to other activities such as weddings and other functions. The work and preparation was done in the night and the staff doing the work were noisy. And we’re not supervised. This went on every night, I had to complain and they offered me room on 4th floor but night staff were still noisy

Grand stay at Sai Palace Grand, Malad, Mumbai
Hotel Sai Palace Grand, Malad, Mumbai is a fine place to stay because of the pleasing personality of most of the staff, neat rooms and good food. I frequently stay at Sai Palace Grand, Malad and this time my stay was excellent because some of our special food item demands were provided promptly. Another browny point was a recliner/massager in the room. It is located very near the Infinity Mall and a little away are other two famous Malls, namely, Inorbit and Hypercity. At the back of Sai Palace Grand there are several shops in Evershine Nagar. It is away from Airport but useful because of many other positives. Breakfast hall and two dining places are pretty good. On the whole, excellent stay and value for money.

Happy with the service at Hotel Sai Palace
This was my second superb experience at Hotel Sai Palace Malad. I guess it's always gonna be this hotel Everytime I wanna stay at a hotel.

shame on Shai palace hotel
it was not so good. In the morning about 9.00 A.M., i booked a banquet room for 25 guests which turned out to be a not booking. In the morning i booked BANQUET room, selected the menu & time(8.30 P.M to 10.30 P.M.), the banquet manager confirmed the booking. Also, i had authorized Rs 20000(NEARLY $300 US) in that morning just to learn that there was no booking at 8.30 P.M. It was so embarrassing. We had booked a suite but we got the deluxe room instead. After a electric malfunction in that room we were moved to suite which was not cleaned.

Best budget stay
Me and my husband stayed here for three nights and I must say it was an amazing experience as the service plus food both are amazing we even tried the lounge here it was also good for couples to relax you must go early as post 10 it's crowded I think it's a very nice place for a relaxing escape for few days within the city when you know you can't travel out

Hotel was nice but they claimed not to have prop that I had paid Wanted to see my visa statement for proof of payment The room lights came on at odd times on the night at times accompanied by the bell ringing Only when I demanded a change of room they had it looked into Good was good . Their veg restaurant is quite popular Ordering Bourbon was a mistake Cost 877 rupees for 60 ml and the qty didn't look 60 ml

酒店工作人员从前台到餐厅人员，很少主动打招呼，没有笑容，房间小，隔音差，紧靠车流量大的马路，晚上很吵。 Bad service, few staff greet and smile to you. The room is small and badly proof of sound, so u can hear the noise from the road. Bad experience.

Hotel of category but with many things to improve.
The attention of the staff is professional but unfriendly. The breakfast food is not good quality. There was no black coffee to drink, I had to ask for hot water to brew a black coffee. The watermelon juice did not taste good.

It's a very nice place.. staff is very helpful.. the food is great.. but there are no halal food.. which we were a little sad about. Otherwise we enjoyed a lot. We had some problems with locking the room.. but the reception was trying to fix it .. everytime we called.. loved it.

I booked the hotel from third tourist website and paid. When checked out, the receiption told me there are no payment from expedia. I thought it might be and paid again as in hurry. Once back, expedia confirmed its paid already. I wrote a mail to the hotel and ask for refund but no respone. So, Not come again.
